AN UNFORGETTABLE TRADING EXPERIENCE I have seen, tested and tried different strategies, procedures methods even lost a lot of funds while trying. Until I was introduce to this new strategy that got me back on track and I have been able to regain all my lost money and still making consistent growth on all of my trade, Mrs Olivia Carlos is indeed an astonishing trader. She steadily lifted me out of my financial penury to becoming financially stable. Loved everything (pizza, salad, butterscotch budino) ❤️❤️❤️ You need a reservation- it’s a popular place for a reason: that outdoor patio! It’s gorgeous and feels vibrant and somehow … European. The staff are on point and the drinks arrived within a few minutes. Would definitely go back — just for the Margherita pizza alone. Great place for a date.

Love the patio here, always loved the pizza… But the quality has gone way down. It was disappointing tonight. Our server was amazing, but it couldn’t make up for the disappointment in the food.

Delicious food and wonderful outdoor setting. Our server Vanessa was high energy and a delight. We shared a number of pizzas and each was as good as the next.

First time here and 100% recommended it. I walked up without calling first but definitely make a reservation before going. They are a bit pricey so plan on spending about 70-$80 on dinner. Also, get the Birba Pizza … SO GOOD

Went there for Sunday brunch and it lived up to its reputation . Great alfresco dining experience - excellent food and drinks . Tired the home made classic pizza and “Naked on a Plane” cocktail. Highly recommend both

This place is busy so make sure to make a reservation, but you can try your luck at the bar if you are lucky. Over anything, our waitress was incredible and made our experience so enjoyable. I liked the merenda drink best but hello Nancy was also nice. The nonna meatballs were a favorite for sure. The birba pizza was good with spicy bits laced throughout. The pappardelle had tender beef cheek that was very filling.

We've been to Birba on a few different trips to Palm Springs and have had usually good experience. But on our current trip, we were met with a very unsatisfactory visit. As with all things Birba, we made our reservation a month in advance (of traveling to palm springs) and were still only able to grab a 9pm dining slot for two. Upon sitting out our table, we waited around 15 mins before we were greeted and asked for drinks. Upon receiving our drinks we put in our order for 2 pizza's, the Margherita and the Tutto Carni, as wood fire pizza was our main craving and purpose for our visit. After ordering, we made a toast and got to drinking. But my beer was warm and my wife's red wine was served in what resembled a shorter version of a collins glass. Warm beer aside, some things should just not be modernized with red wine glasses being one of them. It took 50 mins to receive our pizza (10 mins before closing) and our pizza came out completely overcooked, wafer thin crust, no sauce, cheese that was so dry it was immovable from the crust and dried out ingredients. The most flavor from the pizza of the night came from the few pieces of basil put on the Margherita pizza itself. I didn’t think wood fire pizza could be made poorly but this experience proved me wrong. To Birba's credit, our server (Vanessa) was absolutely delightful and the restaurant comp'd our food upon our experience. And Birba is never lacking for social energy and socialization. But it is hard to forgive a restaurant who's main draw is wood fire pizza for executing it soo epically poorly. I'm weighting our other experiences with Birba and chalking this up to a "bad night" with a very generous 3 out of 5 stars. I’d still recommend Birba if the fomo of quickly disappearing reservations are motivation and for it's highly social atmosphere. But the inconsistency in its food do not make it a must have on your Palm Springs food list.

We were first timers to visit and dine at Birba.. Wow we’re we impressed. We took our two young children. Service was impeccable and the food was SO good! My girls ages 5&7 ate an entire pizza and said it was the best they’ve ever had! I had the pesto pasta which was phenomenal.. don’t leave without trying the tiramisu. Beautiful ambiance will definitely return.

It was a cold rainy night. We had to beg for propane. I do not recommend going in this weather as the restaurant is outdoors. The two salads we ordered were small and tasteless. I felt ripped off to the point where I had asked the waiter if the two bowls he brought were split from one order. It was sad and dressed with water. I was insulted. It was disgraceful for what we had paid. The pizzas were limp but were tasty. The pasta was OK but portions were on the skimpy side.I spend a month a year in Palm Springs, and this is one restaurant I will not return to.
