The drive thru was very long so we went inside. It was lunchtime so there was of course a rush. They were obviously under staffed but none the less were very polite and made no mistakes in our order. The bathrooms were a disaster but I stress again they were understaffed and in the middle of a rush. They did the best they could with very small staff. I would visit in off hours until they send relief for their very good staff that they managed to have.
I like the biggie bad deals. but I really love the breakfast baconator
Food very good. I had the honey spicy chicken and my wife had a double cheese burger. Staff very friendly and helpful with ordering
Been waiting in the drive through for 25 min. I can't leave because cars in front and back. I don't think the will compensate either. At the window and the employees are tossing fries and acting like they are at a playground l sure hope someone sees this review.
I like the way Wendy continues to be innovative with adding new items to their menu. Try a variety of their lemonades mixed with tea for a fast food Arnold Palmer. Folks here are respectful.
Seriously one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been too. They cater to the drive thru and will leave people standing inside for 5+ minutes waiting to order without saying “I’ll be right with you”. I don’t understand this at all because they have a good handful of employees working, but for some reason they can’t take orders from the drive thru and the inside at the same time. So literally all 6 people are just doing drive thru orders. I ordered online and there’s a specific area for mobile/online orders, but they were using that area to take orders from walk ins, so it makes mobile orders absolutely pointless. I ordered my food through the mobile app at 11:50 for a pick up at 12:00 and they didn’t even start my order until I was inside and said something about it. So I didn’t actually leave with my order until 12:15.
I'm not a leave-a-review kind of person but I gotta just say... When you have these restaurants that can be very comparable at times it boils down to the people in them... and Ronnie is one of those standout representatives who businesses need in order to secure their place as a customers favorite (disagree? Think in-n-___vs Wendy's... That's a serious contender) for me it used to be a toss up between 2 others and Wendys but Ronnie tips the scales and secures the win. Bravo.
I love this location; the food is always fresh, the staff here are wonderful, and this is how a restaurant should be ran
Almost warm fries & burger. Wife finished more than me. I threw the meal out after one bite. She got sick that night. Don't know what they were doing in that place, but it wasn't good.
Not enough help, people working doing their best.
