The food is really good and tasty
Ordered online they had 40 mins to make the pizza. Went to palm desert curbside to pick it up and it was supposed to be ready at 6:00 pm. Got there at 5:50 pm waited to 6:05 no one came out to greet us. I went in and asked for pizza saw two teens just standing around talking and leaning on the counters. Tried to tell the manager Lea they never came out to greet us or the person who was behind us waiting. She argued and said it was our fault. Lea is more concerned about being friends with employees instead of being a manager. She said they were too busy. But busy is not standing around talking and leaning on the counters waiting for customers to come to you. Lazy teens plus young incompetent management = no customer service. = no customers . We will never go back there and I will spread the word how the customer service sucks!
Service was good, we walked in 30 mins before they closed and they still sat us and were very attentive. We ordered a Stuft Amber beer, that was pretty good. We also ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and added jalapeños, it was ok. The pizza didn't have much flavor and the bread was very thick with a lot of dough. The Sea Bass Piccata plate was pretty good. It was seasoned flour and sauteed with white wine, lemon, capers and artichoke hearts. Drizzled with a Light Cream Sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed mixed veggies. Overall I'd probably go back again to try different plates.
Great food . Lots to choose from . Service was a little slow but we went at the busy time . Very friendly.
We ordered a takeout pizza. We had the large Four Seasons with artichokes, olives, cheese and tomato sauce with a thin crust. The pizza had a nice char and was quite tasty and good.
I don't like writing bad reviews, but this one deserves to be noted. I ate there twice and had the same experience both times. The employees are not happy there. I had the, not so pleasant, experience of talking to three different employees there. They all seemed to hate their jobs, which says management doesn't treat them well. I will definitely not be going back. I am recommending all my friends to stay away as well. With the prices they charge, you'd think the employees would be paid well and be happy, but my waitress only gets $14.00 per hour. As busy as they are, you'd think they would pay them more. I can't see paying a company extra money that doesn't treat their employees good.Very disappointed.
We have never been to the restaurant but have wanted t try. We went Saturday 3/26 around 8pm they were open til 10pm. We were seated right away. The waitress came and took our drink order. We asked for a lemonade, coke and water. She brought back the coke and pink lemonade ( i requested a regular) It was not big deal though since i like both. She forgot the water. The two drinks took her about 10min to bring. (at the time the restaurant was clearing up plenty of empty tables). Since the drinks took so long we were like lets just order our appetizers and food at the same time. She says she will be right back with the water. 15min go by we think well maybe she will bring the water back with the appetizers. We were having good conversations and realized its already bee 30min. We were looking for maybe another waiter or someone to check on things. We were thinking well maybe she is going to bring our appetizers out with the food. At this point not 1 employee has walked by us. (they seated us in the back corner of the restaurant and not really any other occupied tables near us at this time). We had grown irritated at that time since we did have the water or even all the appetizers. We walked to the front entrance to look for the host. The host came out to the front and we explained that we were just sitting there and it seems the waitress forgot about us or something. At that point we were over it. I was even to upset to ask for a manager i cant believe i sat there that long. I know many people will ask why didnt you speak up sooner and we are just not people to complain. We understand thing happen and just thought at some point the waitress will be back with our food. We also needed to order to go items. We told them we would just like to pay for our drink. They never said let me check on the food or it was coming out. If they would have we would of styed since we were hungry. Very bad first experience

Food was so-so and below average service. We waited for a long time... waitress disappeared after taking our order. When we wanted to order more, we had to ask one of her coworkers. One star for a cheap happy hour deal. Food and service are getting no stars.
