Ordered 2 large ice waters with dried strawberries. The total was 10.10. I was in the drive thru so I didn’t make it a big deal. I mean are you kidding me 10.10.for tap water. I did call the manager and she was to busy but the person that answered told me “we charge for a speciality tea because a lot of people were doing this”. All I can say is WOW. Starbucks isn’t making enough money they have to do this !!!! No thank you! Starbucks you lost of loyal customers.
Words cannot express on how much this location continues to provide good service starting from management to crew. They are always friendly and helpful, along with good quality food with no problems at all. I strongly recommend that this location is given a 5 star rating because that's what we as customers want and they deliver as always. Much respect to the owner of this location for having a good strong crew along with their management. We will always continue to go to this location on a regular basis going forward.
ALWAYS out of certain items! They claim it’s a “supply chain” issue even though other stores in the area are fully stocked. I don’t appreciate being lied too.
Starbucks has been closed for over a week why? No explanation ? no recording on the phone nothing on the website what the hell!
This Starbucks always has a wonderful staff. The downside is the pathetic parking lot that is usually full from other business around and it and the typical homeless that enjoy the comfortable indoor temperature which of course they cannot ask to leave.Maybe they should have a homeless section similar to how they use to have a smoking only section. Sadly the politics that the company Starbucks adheres to let’s minorities and people who abuse them walk all over them.
Afternoon crew is so dam rude!!! I go here all the time in the am and they have such good energy . I went this afternoon and woah I was able to tell the difference. I’m not sure what’s up with the night crew but their attitude is so nasty
Our visit was pleasant and window employee met our needs. He gave us napkins and forks!..you would be surprised how many dont..and how upsetting that is when you are traveling without these utensils. Good job today!
