After over 2 decades in the food industry and 2 years of cordon Bleu, I would say that I have somewhat of an understanding of layout and customer access but I would not claim to be an expert with this. That being said, I think a teenager would see that the setup here is horrendous.They have the front door closed and only the back door has access which has a bottleneck to pickup orders where everyone is standing waiting for their order. The phone orders are behind the counter to the side of that which makes those orders even harder to get to when I was under the impression that phone orders are to ease the flow of customers. No social distancing here. At all.When I walked up to the counter, the cashier took the opportunity to finish the previous order instead of just asking me. Isn't that kind of unsanitary? Handling cash and then making orders?? But even so, why not finish the line before helping out the 5 team members working on orders?? If it wasn't such a cluster of customers at the table for phone orders, I might not have been so agitated. That and the very condescending way the cashier told me to ask a team member to retrieve the order for me. As if it was my fault I didn't ask him right away. Or maybe don't take 20 minutes to make an order? I mean there's a thought but if numerous customers don't have their order, they are all going to stand at the table waiting. Not sure what was worse, the service or the layout.What is going on with common sense and customer service lately? And they want tips?? Yeah that's a nope from me.
Disappointed with this Starbucks location. Due to the pandemic, you can’t add anything to your coffee order yourself. I asked them if o add cream and if they could add a little powdered vanilla shaker. After I left, I noticed that my Cafe Americano had an extra charge of $.50 for the shaker. They should have mentioned that I would be charged for something that was always complimentary in the past.It was 11am on a Wednesday and they literally chased us out because they were closing? Just fyi, this left something to be desired and disappointed.
I’m just so disappointed today with this location. I have never have any problems with it before and ordered my coffee in here everyday that people can remember my name now. Putting my coffee order this morning since 8.24am and did not get that coffee until 25 minutes later after I said I wanted a refund because I’m so late at work already and can’t wait no longer. And the barista just then started making my coffee. I have my mobile order for a reason and it took them almost over 30 minutes and after i said i wanted a refund to make my coffee.
Five stars for the colored girl that was the cashier and was the only good experience that we had there. She was a polite professional and she got the order right. It just the guys making the coffee’s did a lousy job can hardly taste the coffee And the caramel macchiato and my other two workers could hardly taste the vanilla in there’s 1 vanilla latte double shot and the other one vanilla bean FrappuccinoAnd we had to wait over 30 minutes to get the last 2 coffees.
2 hrs before closing. No coffee! I am not waiting 5 min. What's going on with Starbucks.

Manager was working and he was extremely helpful. He got my order ready very quickly and my hands were full so he helped me grab napkins and a straw. :)
Staff at this Location are very nice. The manager is very nice too. I enjoy doing in and trying new things they recommend. Favorite location.
