I love this Starbucks. Especially now that it accepts the app… it never used to and was only a quasi Starbucks
They have the best coffee in here and they are the nicest! Never ever experienced customer service like this at another Starbucks before ??
Walking outside with family, we decide to have a iced coffee but the Jung worker with name Jessica wasn’t friendly look’s like she doesn’t wanted to serve me so I had to ask my daughter to order, after that the worker star speaking laud and clear make me feel like I’m not welcome, so at the end I asked for a receipt but she said is in the trash! I answered I need it ! She pick the receipt and throw it to the counter…in not a nice way !!
Visited five days in a row; service was consistently cheery and helpful, beverages and light breakfast perfect and fast.

Slow. Typical wait here is 30+ minutes, not due to a long line just a very slow staff.
I don't know why but this is the best Starbucks. Probably because it is in my favorite hotel.
