They closed early at 8:30pm instead of the stated 9pm closing time.
I have gone to this store almost daily since July 2017. The store under Mgr Eric was run very well, everyone was efficient and very pleasant. When Eric was moved to another store, everything fell apart. Now it plainly offers only horrible staff and service,it always”we are sorry for this or that” but nothing gets any better, it just gets worse by the day!!?I will no longer frequent or waste my money on this location.It’s SAD that this store fell apart so quickly with no longer any competent management and attention to a quality product and service!
This is how I picked up my venti. No offer to fix at all. $6 for coffee, it should at least be the size I order.
Everytime I come to this Starbuck's, its awesome. There is always a line in the drive thru, however, always fast and efficient. They all seem happy and willing to help. Always a pleasant experience. Thank you to this Starbucks and their team.
Staff are always friendly and the coffee is always delicious. It's a great place to sit and do homework as no one bothers you.
