This is the time I have visited this location. I went with 3three other people today after a =round of golf here in Desert Mirage. I ordered the corned beef hash. It was cooked perfectly. My friends were also very happy with out food and service. Thank you for all _ou do.

I live in the Bay Area and travel to Palm Desert twice a year. I kept calling and going in during my week stay but their coffee cake kept being sold out. I totally understand. It is the BEST unforgettable coffee cake once you've had it. A friendly gal who answered their phone suggested ordering one and it would be waiting for me when I picked it up. So I ordered a whole coffee cake and picked it up my last day in the desert to take home to enjoy with others. I wish they would open one in the East Bay Area. Hint...hint! The coffee cake has a layer of cream cheese and coffee crumbles and powdered sugar on top. The display when I opened the box when returning back, was just beautiful!!! Thank you, Sherman's!

Sadly this place was a huge disappointment. The food quality is just not that good. The rye bread is flavorless and definitely doesn’t taste fresh. The pastrami is just ok. The latkes are HORRIBLE and for $20 you’d expect something decent, but they’re not. We also were sat and still waited another 10 minutes before someone took our order. The only reason I’m giving this review two stars rather than one is because our waitress was so extremely nice and engaging. The food was a total disappointment. If you want a good Jewish deli, drive 2 hours west into Los Angeles and visit Langer’s Deli. Now that deli is AMAZING!

This place was fantastic the food here is really good best place for deli sandwiches and also the desserts were really good very hard to choose which one cuz there's so many of them. Portions are very big

FYI, the Chicago Frankfurter ($12) is served without a bun (one must specially request it) and without toppings or condiments of any kind; it includes some baked beans - when they say "a cup" of baked beans, they do not mean the unit of volume common in cooking (a cup) or the drinking vessel (a cup); a side of cottage fries are $2 more (and they are french fries and not cottage fries, as the menu suggests). So, for $15 dollars, one may receive a grilled hot dog (strangely) cut in half, some fries, and some baked beans.I called to double-check and was able to confirm that one must request a bun, specially, when ordering (the menu was unfortunately incorrect), and was told that, "...prices are going up". I wasn't able to determine at the time whether or not this was in reference to hot dog buns, or just a general sentiment. We also ordered a latka ($7) and received a teaspoon of jam (as opposed to apple sauce, as the menu, says). The service at the take out counter is quite nice and they're always very friendly.

First time here, and we loved it. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. We tried the Knockwurst Reuben and loved it.

Been craving lox lately. Google searched for lox in the area and this was the first place to pop up. The first day I tried to visit, there was a wait for an hour. I came back on May 4th and it had no wait. Service was really friendly. But I felt like lox might not be their best dish. I mean there were other things I feel like I needed to try but the lox tasted frozen because the flavor was really watered down. I am quite sure the other items would be better. I'm willing to give another try because the service was great and also everyone else seemed to be loving their meals.

The stafd gave us amazing service. The sandwiches were *chefs kiss*. Don't even get my started on the condiments, pickles, mustard, sourkraut was so good. Also ordered the key lime pie which was delicious

Had the BLT with avocado and it really hit the spot!

I really wanted to rate a 5, but can't do to a d ONLY to the fact my service sucked.Food was awesome. Had the hot roast beef sandwich and fries, and bought 2 black and white cookies which I I had never had to this visit.Back to service. I was the only guest at my table, and was offered pickles and kraut and something to drink, ordered, and once my food arrived by server not my waitress I wasn't offended refills on my ice tea, how I was doing or if I needed anything else. I was there for at least 45 minutes. Will I visit again Absolutely do to the food, hope next visit service has approved.
