Was delighted to discover there is a Sbarro in the area. I ordered online at 713pm, closing at 8pm according to ordering page on their own website. Got a call a few minutes later that they already closed the kitchen and refused to cancel and refund my order. No option available on their own website to cancel orders. Very unhelpful, never heard of a food service establishment turning down orders 45 mins before close. The fact that they put it entirely on me to find a way to get my money back is entirely unacceptable. This is the kind of thing that kills a business. Lost me as a customer indefinitely.

Hi, I went to the mall after a long time due to covid. I was craving Sbarro pizza! I used to come all the time in 2019 and before the pandemic, so I was really looking forward to a Stromboli! I just want to say, the guys serving me made me feel so welcome! The manager guy with glasses was super nice, even though they were packed. I ate my Stromboli and Pepsi and love the food! Thanks for the meal! Will be back!

I’m an old Italian lady who knows good Italian pizza and this is the place to go. The people working very hard. The managers very nice to me, even told me where to find Macy’s. I have heard people do not want to work lately, I am glad they were there. I like the slice of pepperoni. Thank you

I went to Sbarro this past Sunday to find only 2 workers in the front taking customers and making food and trying so hard to get the line going. It took them a bit to get to me but when they did they were just the sweetest guys, apologizing for the wait. Food was very delicious and very hot! I was very surprised to watch them continue to take rushes and people being super rude to them! These guys deserve a raise and vacations for sure! I will absolutely be coming back very soon.

I went there with my family today 11/07/2021 at 5:30 pm! Two employees ,young men one with girl like long hair short and the other tall chubby with jerry curl hair said that the kitchen is closed so therefore they’re not making a large pizza anymore! They were really rude about it too that I almost lashed out at them! I asked for the manager and they said he wasn’t there but that his name is Pablo if I wanted to come back at a later time like another day to speak with him! But if that Pablo is who I think it is then he is the issue why these employees are like this because they follow by example! The kid with the long hair said he ain’t making no whole pizza because he said he personally was done and was gonna go home but he continued to help customers for another 20 minutes which made no sense! The online website for your location says they would close at 7pm so why wouldn’t they make pizza?? I took my money to little ceasars pizza on my way back home and Some domino’s pizza stuffed cheese bread ! So I spent about $30 which I was gonna spend there at sbarros pizza! Honestly after reading other reviews here online after today’s incident I’m tempted to contact bbb and the news to follow up with this establishment! Another young lady after my encounter also ask for a large pizza and they told her no! She ended up going to Charley’s Philly Steaks next to Sbarro!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The food itself can be good, depending on who makes it. There’s 2 employees there that always deny making a large pizza or will say that they are closed because of maintenance. They are very disrespectful and turn away customers with their attitude and how unsanitary they can be.

I went to buy a whole pie and at 1pm and the manager refused to make it . He said “ not right now” and again “not right now” like he’s my parent telling me not to eat, very upsetting and uncomfortable. For no reason he denied selling a whole pizza. He did not look at me at all just screamed over the counter “not right now” . Unprofessional and will never go there again. I hope others have a better experience somewhere else to by pizza, please switch your business to stuffed crust pizza or hause of pizza across the street.

I don't normally leave personal reviews. But, today was the third time we've visted and all the employees are rude. Especially the manager, a balding man with black glasses. Not just to me, but to the person behind me. He staight out told them he wasn't gonna make them a whole pizza, with out any explanation or apology. They must have so many customers that they can treat their customers like $hit and expect to stay open. I will never eat here again, the pizza is bland and gross anyways.

last night was our first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the generous service, with the excellent meal and booze and with the honest pay. We will no doubt go back there again.
