The service was not good. The manager went above and beyond to insure that we will be back. And we will go back.

It was our last night in Palm Dessert, we wanted to have a nice dinner before heading back home. Overall everything was great but the service could have been better. Mark could have been a little more attentive, at one point we had a hard time getting his attention to the point we had ask someone else for help.
Came to this location for a date with the wife since sheâs never had Ruthâs Chris, everything was amazing. Service, food, experience. She had bone in filet which neither of us have ever seen, it was best filet she has ever had. Defined recommend
We had dinner reservations at 7:30 and waited 30 more mins once we arrived at the restaurant. Server didnât greet us for 15 mins. Once she took our drink order and out of fear she wouldnât return timely we ordered all of our food - we didnât get our drinks for 15 more minutes. Our appetizer came but was luke warm at best. Manager came by and comped the app since he knew we had been waiting. Our waitress was pleasant but she was struggling. We waited quite a while for our steaks to come. By this time it was 9:15. We arrived at 7:30 with reservations!! The kicker was- our steaks came with none of the sides we ordered. The sides showed up at 9:27 more than 10 mins. Needless to say we had steaks for dinner. Nothing else. We couldnât believe it. Our server must have forgotten she had already asked us for refills and asked us again and we politely asked her to please cancel the last round she never brought. It was a terrible first experience. Weâll never go back.
We had our wedding anniversary dinner and it was perfect! From the moment we arrived we felt very special, the food was excellent and the service outstanding.
I celebrated my anniversary here and so glad I did. The filet was phenomenalâ¦literally mouth watering to think about. Service took a little long but our waiter comped dessert for it. Really was amazing and would come back for the customer service and delish food

Celebrated our 59th Wedding Anniversary. The staff made special bulletin for each of our seats to note the occasion, along with stars and other sprinkles at our table. All wait staff did an excellent job, and the Manager, Darryl, stopped by to make sure we were having a great time....
