Was so good we went twice in the one week we were in town! Pizza and then traditional Italian dishes.
Horrible customer service, I ordered my lunch from Papa Dan's today and when I arrived back to work my food was not what I had ordered, I reached out to Papa Dan's to make them aware of the mistake and the Manager Dre was very quick to claim I was lying and that they had repeated my order, which believe me if that was the case I would've ordered something completely different, but Dre the Manager insisted that I was lying and didn't even apologize, I called back to see if I could speak to the owner but the gentlemen who answered was also very rude and treated me the same way as the Manager.FYI... I Ordered a Small Tortellini Chicken Soup and I was given a chicken noodle soup instead because apparently they don't carry Tortellini Chicken Soup any longer, I explained that their online menu shows different and not only does it still show its available online but if they are going to offer Chicken Noodle Soup as a substitute on their menu they should at least advise the customer.Oh!!! and by the way Campbell Chicken Soup Taste a lot better than that so called Chicken soup you all are serving, It was horrible tasted like watered down soup.The moral of the story is treat your customer's like you would like to be treated!! You have lost a loyal customer and some.
I gave this place a few chances because i live just down the street. 2 out of 3 times it was very under cooked. Wet heavy raw dough at least a 1/2 inch thick! Will not go back, and I would not recommend. To many other good pizza places in the area.
We googled best pizza near us and Dan’s popped up. The menu looked good so we decided to try it. The pizza was delicious, the service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely go back before we head home. It was a great find!
We couldn't be more disgusted with this 'restaurant'. They wouldn't honor a discount we were supposed to get since we're staying at the Wesin Mission Hills Resort. For the price, you'd think you'd be getting top notch pizza and it was disgusting! We got 2 medium pizzas, a large salad, a liter of pop and delivery and the bill was over $100! We literally ate 3 pieces and threw the rest away! The chicken on one of the pizzas looked gray and tasted nasty. THEN! one of the pizzas was supposed to be a specialty Hawaiian pizza and it was straight up Canadian Bacon-that's it! I called and they said I should receive credit for that pizza within a few days. It's been 11 days and still nothing. So, yet another phone call to make. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I would give them negative stars if that was an option!

We won a gift certificate from playing trivia so decided to check this lovely restaurant out. Our food was simply divine. I had three Papa Dan special and my husband had pasta puttanesca. We both loved our food. The staff was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back
The place charges you for using your credit card to pay for your meal??? That should be enough said right there. Additionally the prices were not as described on their website (when I paid for my meal they were much higher). And lastly, their food and sauces were bland. Pizza was no good either. Wont be coming back to this establishment
Our first visit, food was great. The gluten free choices were numerous and very tasty!!
Very busy takeout service meant pizza orders were delayed by 45 minutes. Not really a problem for us but something to be aware of when visiting.We ordered Fred ravioli, a large antipasti salad, Tuscan chicken pasta and chicken parm. We took half of that home with us, the portions are big. The service from our waiter was excellent, drinks were kept topped up and we were looked after.This is good hearty Italian American faire and it's good but it isn't something you're going to rave about to friends and family. It's a good option for an evening and you'll enjoy your stay.
