I sat at the bar.... The drink I ordered looked NOTHING like the picture, so went with just a regular lemonade...I order a steak medium well... it was cooked all the way, no red meat in sight at all.But want really got me was when I walked in there was several workers standing in front and not one greeted me. When I left not one said anything.I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
I've always loved Olive Garden since I can remember. Look at the 6oz Sirloin with my fettuccine pasta. Does this look like a serving I would get if I was eating inside Olive Garden? I had 3 fork fulls and the pasta was gone. I was left hungry after this small portion. I only gave 2 stars because the food was good just did not get my value. Never again!
Love coming here with my family, We got for lunch, Fettuccini Alfredo, Chicken and shrimp carbonara, Chicken and gnocchi soup, salad and bread sticks, the food is always delicious, the waiter Moises, was pleasant and very attentive, providing excellent service.
Every time I’ve been here I’ve had a good time, but tonight was extra special thanks to our server Moses. He was so nice and welcoming. Excellent customer service skills! I cannot say enough good things about him, he was absolutely exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful night!
We just had the most fantastic night here. Our server Moses was absolutely phenomenal and really went out of his way to make sure we had a special night. Give this man a raise! He was so amazing. Cannot say enough good things about him.
Our visit was made awesome, by Rosa! She was so nice and willing to make our visit so memorable, it was anniversary and we'll never forget it thanx to Rosa! She, and her 26 yr experience has to be a asset to this company! Olive garden is my favorite restaurant, but as long as I get the service she provided I will always be a loyal and thankful customer!! ?
Our waiter Tiago was a good kid. I ordered the soup and salad. The soup was barely warm. I told our waiter and he got me another bowl that was also barely warm. He went back and talked to the kitchen and told them and they said they would warm the soups up to 185 degrees. However, when they brought my second bowl it was also barely warm. I gave up paid the bill and my wife and I left. Our waiter was a good kid. However,other kitchen just blew him off and gave him another barely warm bowl of soup to give me. I would not come back to this restaurant.
Love coming here with my wife. Food is always delicious. And when they mess up they always take care of us. Highly recommend this Olive Garden.
Had an hour wait on New Year’s Eve for my Togo order and though I was hungry and ready to just pay and go they took care of my family’s entire order and wished me a nice holiday. I would’ve never asked them to comp my order and I expected them to be busy on New Year’s Eve but they still took care of us above and beyond. Everything was correct in my order and hot. What a great location
Peter was our server and killed the game …very attentitive guy for How busy it is I really haven’t had to wait long for the few items I have requested thanx again dude ur service made Olive Garden even better
