I don't know what's happened, but the QA of food seems to have dropped. Ordered two McDoubles and two Spicy Chicken sandwiches, the chicken sandwiches were the worst. Felt like I was chewing dried leather. ??♂️
It's a fairly new McDonald's that I've not been in since the pandemic and just got a drink. Service was excellent! Much better than I would have expected. Very quick and friendly. The seating area has few tables, but has several game screens and play tables. Not ideal for a couple of people to just sit down for lunch.
Every now and then I'm missing an item from my order. I know I should always look at my order before leaving. The worker who hands out the food should double check if everything is correct before giving it to customer.
This McDonalds is consistently horrible. If it wasn't convenient, we definitely wouldn't come. Today was especially bad. Ordered a hashbrown and an iced tea from the mobile app, waiting in the spot for 15min (no other cars in pick up and only 2 cars in line). I decided to go in because I thought maybe they didn't have a runner to bring it out. I got inside and they took an order out to a car that had just pulled up. They started screaming out my order. They had 2 cashiers just standing there doing nothing. I got my stuff thinking "at least it will be fresh"... nope. I got a cold hashbrown with an extra burnt French fry sticking out. At least my tea wasn't the wrong one this time.
The children are doing the best they can to keep the place going. Very slow service and the food is slapped together. Sad times.
Had order on the kiosk for faster service. So i waited 15mins for my food. REALLY BAD SERVICE. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. !!!!!
It’s 9:49pm. Google says the close at 11. I been stuck behind 4 cars for 20 minutes at the drive thru. Guy at the drive thru said they’re not taking orders right now. So I’m just stuck here. Lazy employees should be fired and reported. That’s all.
Placed order on their self check out as I waited over 5 minutes for someone at the counter. Food came out over 10 minutes later. The worker would not hand me my food because 8 was not sitting at a table. I them asked him for my cup, to which he just placed at the counter, made me walk from my table to the counter. Drive thru gets ssrviced before walk ins. Floors are dirty, restrooms are dirty. My frys are burnt and show that the oil needs to be changed.
Fast friendly service. Nice to be able to sit down inside!!!
Do not place a mobile order here, minimum wait time is 10-20 mins. Called multiple times and when they did finally answer the phone, we were told they did not have any mobile order. App shows the address was correct, "order number wasn't showing on their screen".They have a sign saying their dining room is open, while waiting for our food we saw 10 people walk up to the door and were unable to walk in. They do not open the dining room unless you work there.Everyone must go through the drive thru.We have been given the wrong order in the drive thru before, we were asked by the person who gave us the food if we were given an apple pie (we did not order one).
