Lappert’s Downtown Palm Springs is a great spot to get a cool down from the 112 degree weather. Employees were nice and the selection is endless. My favorite is their Kona coffee. If you haven’t tried stop by for sure. They have lots of locations throughout Palm Springs.
Wow, just wow. Their date shake is off the hook. The best shake i have ever had, probably got with a small size just because of how sweet it is. But really tasty .
After a hot afternoon visit to the Living Desert Zoo, we had a quick lunch at a burger joint down the road and stopped in for something cold. I had the mango and passion fruit sorbet, and my girlfriend had a delicious chocolate ice cream with cookie pieces. The staff were pleasant and we would definitely stop in again.
Great ice cream, we all enjoyed it. Too bad there's only a small bench outside and some concrete benches in the sun (!?!?!) on the street. Also, I didn't see a list of ice creams, you had to decide in the instant they were taking your order, as you couldn't really see what they had.
I love coming to this location, there’s always good customer service literally chefs kiss!And their item menu is to die for you almost want to order the whole menu… I wish I was lying ??The ice cream, açaí bowls, mangonadas, & ice cream cookie sandwich is always a must.Definitely give this place a try!
Best in the desert!!! So mamy choices and very friendly staff! Super clean and well thought out store. Quick service even with its Friday night and they are packed! You never wait long. Perfect for those family treats or date nights! Will be coming back again!
I love the palm desert location. I came here especially for their puppy ice yogurt treats on a hot day. My dog wouldn't eat the first one I got her, and it looked freezer burnt, so I asked if I could exchange it for a different flavor. I was told they couldn't take it back. I ended up just telling the girl to throw them both away. $7 down the drain, and a not so great customer service experience. Drastically different in comparison to the other location. Sorry Lapperts, you could set the bar a bit higher.
I can definitely see why they win best ice cream awards! Really delicious and there are so many flavors.
One of my favorite places to stop whenever I’m in Palm Desert. Super friendly staff and unique selection of ice creams/ices That one would not find at other ice cream establishments.
Good stuff and super friendly staff. Had my first Dole Pineapple Whip. Frankly, I can't imagine anyone other than a teenager eating a large one. My small was too much! It was cold and very pineapple and delicious. The only issue I had was the pineapple sauce was too sweet for my taste.My wife had macadamia nut and cherry cordial ice cream and said Lappert's was her "new favorite". I'm pretty sure that we'll be back.
