We decided to try breakfast at Kitchen 86. Both my wife and it had the California Scramble. The scramble was very tasty and filling. It was topped with avocado slices that added nicely to the dish. It was made with 3 eggs which was plenty. The side was home fried potatoes which consisted of dices potatoes, peppers and onions. The potatoes were crispy but soft and the peppers and onions were nicely firm. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us regularly. If was a pleasant experience all around and will certainly consider dining here again.
Went here Monday night for some late night food. Everything on the menu sounded delicious. My partner and I got the lamb chops and one of the pizzas. The food was incredibly delicious and is definitely having us come back.I would also like to add that the staff is amazing. Our server Mario was honestly the best! He provided us great recommendations on drinks and the food as it was our first time going there. He was also so kind and brought amazing conversation to our table. If I could rate our server he would be 5 stars out of 5. Our experience was definitely made better by him. If the food wasn't good then his service is definitely a reason to come back.Definitely coming back for monthly date nights with my partner because of the great service from Mario and the delicious food!
The boom boom shrimp delicious, atmosphere awesome. Music is great. My chicken pucatta was just ok. Lots of pizza eaters. Going to try happy hour next.
We went for dinner here last night with a party of 8. Although we have had a number of fabulous dinners while in Palm Desert none of them of them were an experience like we had at Kitchen 86. I think it all started with the demeanor of our server Mario. The live music during our dinner was also a great added touch.Food and Drinks were great! This will be a regular stop for us every time we are in Palm Desert.
Had a wonderful experience her. Enjoyed the bread and wings for appetizers. Then I had the Roman chicken soup. They have 3 or for kinds. My niece had a good looking and large sized pepperoni pizza. My husband creamy pasta dish. A good verity. Lots of good choices. About halfway through our dinner a dj started mixing in the front by the large bar. Over all it was positive experience. They have lots and lots of patio seating too on the strip. Go enjoy.
My husband and I were in Palm Desert for a few days. We had a cocktail while waiting to check into our hotel. Fabian made us awesome drinks! Hostess, Michelle, found out that we were visiting for the first time and she made me a list of spas, restaurants, and shopping! The ambiance in and out of the restaurant is great. Pizzas were very tasty. Avocado toast on brunch menu is super yummy! Thanks to Fabian, Michelle, Victor, and Mario! You all are the best!
Nice atmosphere, staff were fast and friendly. Food was pretty good, however, the portions are a little small for what they are. I would come back just to try the various items on the menu. Someone in our party ordered the Kitchen 86 burger which I tried and was definitely a standout, would recommend.
Dj played music after 9 pm. Lively. Great food and drinks.
