This is the worst jersey Mike’s in their chain. The can’t get orders correct, they don’t answer the phone and they have such inept staff that they changes me twice.I’m done with jersey Mike’s. I’m hoping to get the complaint line.
Theres a reason i dont eat here. 1st, just dont like their subs.2nd, exactly what happened today picking up 2 orders. Sitting there for 20 min b4 they even started 2 online orders i was getting. 10 other people went through first even though mine was ordered way b4. It really is just the last place i like going.

I've only been to Jersey Mike's once before and it was so good and I had the best experience! Unfortunately, tonight I saw laziness at its finest. They only had white bread and they were literally skimping on everything because they were running low and didn't want to slice more to refill. Still we had to pay $41 for our sandwiches. I'll never go back.
They only had wheat bread available and at that it look as it was cooked unevenly.
Love the food at Jersey Mike's. When I get homesick for a Philly hoagie or cheese steak sandwich, Jersey Mike's is my go-to. Authentic!
Last week i had Jersey Mike's for the first time and loved it, the two people that took care of me explained everything and the sandwich was amazing, whent back today and drag my family over there even though they wanted panda, and I will never hear the end of this, the worst service ever, my sandwich was thrown together by a young man in the worst attitude yelling as if me being there bother him, the bacon on my sandwich was old and burned, we ordered three warm sandwiches the chicken was dry and awful, the other two steak was awful also, how awful it was to waste my hard earned money on awful food, never again, everyone deserves to be treated the same, no matter the race or color of your skin, because the person after me a white man was treated with kindness and care, he even got his sandwich before me.
IMHO Mike's is the best national sub chain. The sandwiches are always delicious, especially the cheese steak. Their app is easy to use, something other food apps could learn from.
It's pretty good i tried two different sandwiches. The Italian and the brisket sandwich. Brisket sandwich taste better. Italian sub here is nothing like the Italian sub at Jersey Mike's.
Really nice staff that was patient with a customer that didn't know what she wanted. The bread is soft and warmed just right.
