This restaurant is really good when everyone does their job and I feel for the manager because it’s very hard to find good employees.Everything we ordered was wrong.We didn’t get our drinksOur appetizer never showed upOur burgers weee both cooked differently then the way we ordered them and to top it off the waiter never came back after he dropped off the food.How we got things fixed is because the manager stopped by the table to see how we were doing.The manager was awesome, I’d he was my neighbor he would be the first person on my list for the Super Bowl Party. Great guy trying his best to keep the restaurant up and running during these very hard times!I wish I could remember his name, because of the manager and his amazing customer service skills we are leaving this 5 STAR review.
We had a great dining experience with our server Randy. He offered meal suggestions and excellent customer service. The best dining experience I've had in a long time.

My burger didn’t come as shown on the menu. Once I got my burgers the waiter didn’t come back around to me. I had to ask the bidder to get him. By then my burger was cold, and instead of offering me a new one, I had to ask for it to be warmed up, so then I had to eat a soggy burger.
The food was delicious, sea urchin and squid ink were my wife and my favorite. Service was well managed and owners are up and about engaging and working the floor
Most wonderful neighborhood restaurant!!! We first encountered this little local gem by watching Check Please on KQED. We have been trying to acquire a special occasion reservation for two years-it's a most popular place. What a treat my husband surprised me with my birthday dinner here last night. We were so happy with our meal choices and the nice bottle of Chardonnay from Veneto region of Italy. We started with the green salad and the spicy squid starter!! So delish. I ordered the gnocchietti with pork Ragu and my husband the pork scallopini - both were fabulous and flavorful tastes. For dessert we had the biscottis and the three samples of gelato! Bravissimo! We will definitely be back-a 4 star place in our book.
Server hardly check on us, waited for our drinks and food. Worst service I've had in years. I'm not one to really post reviews but felt that this one needed to happen. If you're looking for great food and horrible service, this place has both.

Our lunch today was an experience we have not had in SO LONG - and more than we have come to expect from a chain restaurant. Our server Angie was kind and full of energy and anticipated our every need. Our meals were full of small details that showed the back of the house was showing up too!!! Fries and onion rings delivered HOT and crunchy, my chicken wrap was lightly grilled with the sauce on the side with a spoon to coat each bite rather than sloppy. Little things - we had forgotten we even missed. Marvin, the manager, has a great crew who are giving their best, and it showed! Thank you all for the delightful escape to the Islands today!
