I have live full time in the desert for 13 years and have been a fan of Fresh for many years but on my last visit I was shocked to see a basket of Conventional Non Organic Bananas. When I asked the employee about the bananas he said they are organic. He was young and I guess ignorant since the sticker as can be seen in the photo shows bananas that are NOT organic. Fresh states that ALL its produce is organic. Lastly their website has no email link to contact the owner which was my preferred method of addressing this concern.Note: Google would not load the photo. Bananas that are organic have a sticker with a code that starts with the number 9 these had a 4 indicating conventional
I’ve been here a few times with my kids and we’ve tried quite a few items, my favorite seems to be their açaí bowl (I forget which one) but they all seem to be delicious. Great big size for the price
I went into the Palm Desert location which I usually go to La Quinta there is a very sweet young lady at the register Lilly she’s great and then the person who is making the drinks smoothies and bowls angel he has a problem it took him over 10 minutes to make my bowl and the people that came in behind me got their smoothie at the same time that I got mine I left and I called back the store to find out his name and said that he is unprofessional and rude because I had to ask him is this mine and he barely looked up at me and said what is your name I gave him my name he slapped a lid on half ways and walked away. Hopefully the owner will take notice of his unprofessionalism because she has not the Palm Springs location which I will never go to again so now I can mark Palm Desert off my list as well because of employees
I usually go to the rancho mirage location & order ahead of time but my order was half made & waited 20 min to pick up the rest. The ladies looked at me if I was crazy or weird, felt uncomfortable but they helped every good looking Nancy in the store. I was fresh from a hike and not wanting to wait 20 min for my juice.
Disappointing I usually go to the Palm Springs location. Ordered a bowl requesting a milk Substitution due to an allergy. Instead of informing me of additional charge which is expected they handed me a watered down fruit bowl. Customer service could be way better.
Only reason I’m rating -disappointing website did Not reflect correct hours for Holiday. I drove to two separate locations based on hours posted for each individual space …Obviously I Love FRESH that’s why I was going
