Beautifully painted with comfortable seating and open windows to people watch. But you're wondering what the food is like, right?Good thing for you, I saved the best part for last. I've been eating Mexican food all my life and (don't tell my mama) this has the best. I got the enchilada and taco combo plate and was definitely let down. Usually inside a chicken enchiladas the chicken is tender but here I found the kitchen to be hard, dry and not fresh. The side portion of rice and beans was also extremely small. Unfortunately the refried beans were watery too. If I’m paying $17 for a two item plate I would expect the sides to be a decent size as well as the food to taste fresh :(
We just had supper at Flor De Jalisco - amazing!! I had the Ceviche and it was perfect. Hubby had the Minerva Burrito and he couldn’t finish it - but not for lack of trying. A great host - Eddy and he is a great golfer too!! Can’t wait to see you next year on the golf course and at Flor De Jalisco!!!
Came here during Coachella festival and found this place. It's self seating if not busy. Friendly and attentive staff. Good authentic Mexican food, it's delicious. The Owner is very welcoming and humble. Treated us like family. We will definitely come back again.
Can’t say enough about this fabulous authentic Mexican restaurant. It is always a favourite of ours and we are just back from the most delicious meal. Combination plates of soft tacos, meat burritos and my favourite tostada! Yummy. The staff is so friendly and kind.
Great food and awesome staff! We ordered the chicken and shrimp fajitas and shredded chicken nachos. All of the food was amazing, and everyone was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely come back here :) thank you!

My family and I decided to try this place since it popped up on google and it was a great decision. The service was so welcoming, friendly, and treat every single customer with top notch service. The food is going to be some one the best Mexican food you will ever have, and in my family’s case it was THE BEST Mexican food we have ever had. So many good options you could try and I could go on and on about Flor de Jalisco. We will back on our next visit to Palm Springs! :)
