We have been going there fo a long time. All the food is very good, but their Pozole (weekends only) is the best I have ever had, even in Mexico. It's served with the cabbage, cilantro and onions that makes it authentic.
At first, the place was OK, was not very busy, was able to walk in and place my take out order immediately. After five minutes the place began to get busy and that is when the service began to loose ratings. The gentleman ahead of me ordered menudo's, after thirty minutes they had not received their order, nor had either of the waitresses checked on the gentleman to see if they wanted more water or chips. It was only after one of the guys went up to ask how much longer his food would take that they checked. I waited for five breakfast burritos, it took forty minutes to get my order and to everyone's surprise when they bit in to their burritos they mislabeled each burrito. The food was good, everyone enjoyed their burritos after we figured out which belonged to who, but the lack and quality of service is a major disappointment.
I’ve had hundreds of breakfast burritos in my life. This one was top 10, no exaggeration. I got the chorizo, smothered in green sauce. Spicy and just fantastic!
Amazing breakfasts! The green sauce had some heat, I loved the kick and the flavor. The server was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

To me, El Rodeo is a Mexican diner with good Mexican food and good prices. We split an enchilada plate and it was great. And we enjoyed our meal in the sunshine at one of the three tables outside the cafe. Service was good. Food was good. We'll be back.
So far very good customer service i order tacos but its all in the seasons thee definitely know how to savor the meat tasting, this place has some very decent prices and delicious food i definitely recommend that you stop in
I was craving menudo soup and they had it so I was very happy. Unfortunately it didn't have much flavor.
Almost don’t want to say how good this place is just so I can keep it to myself!They are the only place I have found in Palm Desert that legitimately shreds their chicken. It is unbelievably good! The hot sauces are incredible and actually spicy! This is about our 10th time of getting takeout and it just never disappoints. Just wanted to say thank you for the quality and customer service! Always so kind and actually acknowledges humans.
Delicious Baja shrimp tacos - great grilled flavor. Loved the ground beef tostada. The meat and grilled onion combo was delicious. Good chips and salsa to start. Cheap prices!
