Another one of these inland empire fast food place that is drive through only. So, no bathroom. Boo to that or at least update your hours to indicate drive through only. Great location just next to the on ramp to the 10 West off the Washington St exit and its literally next door to a cannabis store.
I ordered online; staff was incredibly helpful when I arrived on site and the food was perfect. I arrived a bit too early for my pickup but it was a slow night so they got it ready for me as soon as I showed up. Thank you?
They took my order online but locked all the doors at the store during normal operating hours. They would serve people via drive through but would not give me my food as I came on foot. Staff was rude and unhelpful. I was not able to get the food I paid for :(
I just went drive thru. I order triple chicken box and ask to change soft chicken taco to hard shells. But they changed to regular had taco. And girl asked me sauce at the window so I asked medium. But there was no sauce in the bag. I couldn't enjoy my lunch. Just disappointed.
Well, despite me working there, I still eat there all the time because it's that good...
Not a bad experience. The lady that took my order was nice and there was nothing wrong with my order. The one thing I found extremely odd was that when I got to the window and gave them my card to pay, the lady asked me to back up and that she would let me know when to pull forward again. She had be back up about a foot, and I had to question why they had asked me to do that when they still had my card in their possession. About a minute or so later she had me pull back to the window, gave me my card and my food, and that was it. I noticed she did the same thing with the driver in front of me before this, and I didn’t see if she did it with the car behind me. Nevertheless, it was very weird so I question the reasoning behind this “tactic”.
I usually love del taco... they are so much better than taco bell.. but tonight this del taco was bad!!! EVERYTHING WAS COLD!!!!... not very happy.. will go to a different one because this is the second time it happened at this del taco....
I was very impressed with the young man who took our order with his assertiveness over mask mandates, but I was not really impressed with the food and I can't blame the staff because it was actually put together well, but the quality of the ingredients was poor. I give five stars to the staff, and zero stars to corporate for buying junk, trash ingredients
Good food but the poor people were under staffed. Constantly beeping coming from the kitchen, both of our orders were messed up.
Very busy at lunch time. Like all fast food restaurants they need more help.Good food reasonable prices.Can't go wrong at Del Taco.
