This happened in February, although I'm always disappointed when I go to this location. Ordered 2 Taco salads with fresh guacamole, seasoned beef version and I received 2 tostada looking things. This happened around 11:30am, before the lunch rush, and I drove back to get my correct order. The employee that gave me the wrong food had the nerve to tell me it was busy then. I was there and it wasn't busy at all. Seriously people just own up to your mistake. So check your food while there to make sure they gave you what you paid for. Also the salads were in the wrong packaging which gave you less food and the chips were extremely stale. Save yourself the irritation and just go to the Del Taco on Monterey, they're much better.
They were short staffed and working hard. Got the order right and even with the low staff were cranking orders. No sandbagging, they were hustling.
BEST DEL TACO in the Coachella Valley! I ordered the hard-shell Del Tacos and they were STACKED! Lots of meat, cheese, everything, and fresh. At this del taco they have the best quality, friendly customer service, and great atmosphere.If you're in the mood for Del Taco, go to this one! This one takes their work seriously so skip all the others.
Horrible service. Not clean location. 2 stars for the food. 22 minutes to get my order. Other customers also waiting long time for their food. Actually started talking to them. I was walking up to counter to ask for a refund when my order was ready. Also no queso for half their menu items, huh.
Coupons add to the good feeling of eating the best french fries in town. Your pocket book feels still full of cash while your tummy is full. Great staff ..nice and cool..No drive thru however
Service was great. Three stars because food was below usual standard. Had crispy chicken guac macho burrito and the chicken ? was cooked in old oil. Not the usually good tasting chicken. The person cleaning the tables an older gentleman was the best server at any Del Taco. Kept tables cleaned and picked up all trash and trays. Also delivered our food when it was ready.
First time trying Del Taco for me. Was not bad to be honest. It's not very greasy and wet. Food seems pretty decent. This location in particular is actually not too busy at ? ght. Actually I was the only one around at the time. Overall I got what I paid for.
This place is horrible!! didn’t even put alot of chilli on the fries and completely messed up our order!! DO NOT COME TO THIS DEL TACO. WORST DEL TACO EVER!
Always a very long line and the dining room is always closed but the people that work there are very nice
Yuck. Got the cali bacon burrito. Filled with rotted burger and fries. Brought it back in and they sent us back out with it, saying that's what its supposed to taste like! First and only visit to Del Taco. Taco Bell is super upscale compared to the food these people make. Trash into tacos concept must work for some people.
