Really disappointing that in the hot desert, I went to spend money here to enjoy ice cream indoors and Not One table inside during 115 degrees. What if someone elderly came in? I find this unacceptable. A couple tables outside in the extreme heat is not enjoyable for the price of this ice cream. Drive an extra 5 min or so, and go to Lappert's in P.D. or Ben and Jerry's in Rancho Mirage. Plenty of seating and great flavors as well as friendlier service.
Asked what I could get that was like a hot fudge sundae. Guy stared at me, disappeared for a few minutes, then came back and stared at me again. I finally ordered some vanilla with whip cream and pecans. I got the equivalent of a quarter of a pecan and a teaspoon of whip cream on top the the ice cream, which I had paid extra for. If I wanted plain ice cream I could have just gone to the grocery store.
Had the absolute best experience today! Moses was so nice and made everything perfectly. I was greeted with a warm welcome and his customer service was outstanding.?

The store was unorganized. The staff seemed to lack training. The product was not on par with other stores.
They won’t let you use the bathroom. Really???What about state law that says you can’t have an eating establishment without restrooms??
