One thing that really sets apart restaurants is excellent guest service! The servers at this restaurant all work together as a team and provide such wonderful, friendly service! I'm very thankful for such kind, attentive service! Next, the food is delicious! We are vegetarian and they have an abundance of vegetarian (and gluten free) options and the menu is clearly stated on which items are "V" and "GF" and that is much appreciated. We ordered Chile rellenos, enchiladas, potato crunchy tacos, nachos, and camerones ploblanos...all were fantastic! We really loved the casual atmosphere, oh and can't forget the bottomless chips and salsa!
First time trying this restaurant … and last . Unfortunately the nice service could not make up for the lackluster food . Had the Chile Gueritos and they were just swimming in oil and flavorless . The shrimp ceviche tostada was horrible ! Not fresh . The tomato and onion looked so old and soggy . Totally surprised this place wasn’t better . Cute decor and very nice waiter but the food was very bad .
Decent place and everyone is friendly, great service. It's in a strip mall, so the outside seating vibe is hampered by that. My wife had the Tacos Volcan and they were excellent. I had the Seafood Tacos (fish option) and they were a bit soggy. But, the Sopa Azteca was quite tasty.
Very pleasantly surprised. This restaurant may look like any other Mexican restaurant from the outside, but it is not like any I’ve ever been to. So many things looked good on their extensive menu it was hard to choose. The Filete al Pistachio was absolutely wonderful. Everyone at my table loved their food and drinks. Next time I’ll have to try the Sopa Azteca. The food, service and presentation rivals fine restaurants.
This place is amazing. Has a great flavor and consistency with traditional dishes. I really like their signature dishes it's very hard to not find something that you're going to absolutely love. We tried many street tacos with every meat variety they had to offer. There is only one I was a particularly thrilled with.. But the reminder were very impressive and delicious. 10/10 would recommend to family friends or anyone wanting to grab some Mexican food in Palm Desert.
Just stopped for a quick bite. We had shrimp nachos that were very good. Service was very good and welcoming. We will stop in again to try something new.
I started with a regular margarita that took me to Mexico with its flavor. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the spinach enchilada and Carne Asada sope. Each bite had a fresh flavor and exciting taste.We will be putting this restaurant into our must stop lists.

WOW. Great friendly service and AMAZING food and drinks. They have an excellent drink menu, I suggest the Oxacan mule if you are into Mezcal! There Chile Relleno De Camoron was out of this world? with flavors. First is a spice taste with a quick sweet taste following right after. So savory, the shrimp? they used was fresh and very clean tasting. Will be back ASAP!
