This location needs a good QSC review because it would rank very low. I wanted a good burger and onion rings. I got a greasy bag, greasy foil around the sandwich and a odd smell. One bite of the onion rings and I knew immediately the oil cooking the rings was old. I paid $27.00 dollars for this. My advice is order food that requires adding or removing items, then it should be right.
First time visit.Hands down the best lettuce wrapped burgers at this particular location.The employees were great and the service was fast and the burgers were exceptional!Thank you
Short staffed and took a while but the food was fresh and I said thank you, I'm sure it was a tough evening for those who were there.
Nobody answered at the drive thru speaker around 6pm, so I drove up to the window. I noticed cars ahead of me stopped at the window and took off. The girl inside saw me and immediately came to the window. I asked if they were closed. She apologized and admitted they were short staffed, that they had a huge order inside they were trying to manage, but she took my order. She also said she was new. I had specific requests and she listened and got the order right on the receipt. I waited several minutes for the food (I got the Beyond famous star, onion rings, and soda) and not only was the food good but my requests were spot on. That is so rare these days to have a modified order correct, and/or receiving all items! I wish I had taken the girls name. So pleased

Super disappointed with this service.. I was waiting behind a car for a solid 6 minutes due to the cashier at the drive thru and this car joking around with eachother.. I waited so long that I decided to shut off my car.. and they just continued to talk and try to flirt with eachother.I ended up just canceling my order, did not want to give them any money for the this type of serviceUnfortunately I can’t post the video here but these are just screenshots of him joking around with girls in the car.. trying to give them his cell and repeatedly turning on his phone flashlight.. just really obnoxious and inappropriate behaviorAnd, hey I get i would get it if it was done in a quick manner but this went on like I said for 6 minutesCompletely unprofessional and rude
Who does not like Carl's Junior went through the drive thru everything was as good as if I would have ate inside. The Onions rings were great.
The young man in the drive thru was polite. He's the reason the stars were increased from 0. The problem I have is, why does everyone have to pull around front? I only ordered a burger as advertised, not customized. I understand they want to keep the driveway times down to get an award, but compromising service is not a good idea. I sat for a little while after I received my burger and saw everyone who came in behind me also had to pull around front. They were not busy by any means. Including me, there was only four orders in 15 minutes. I just wish management would consider this before making a decision for this kind of service.
Fast and friendly and almost never a long wait.
Very nice and clean, a/c is set to very cool which is nice, also very nice service.
