Been saying this for years but nobody ever seems to listen. Very simple concept.Nothing ruins a meal I'm paying for than bad service.Not the biggest deal but I asked for ranch and he totally forgot to give it to me. When I asked, he tried to blame the cook. If he would have checked on me after leaving me the food like any regular server usually does, I could have been satisfied with him bringing it late but he finally waltzes out with cell phone in hand to go to the bathroom when I'm practically finished. I reminders him and he asks if I still want it. I told him I'm almost done. He offers a free drink. Why would I want a drink when I already have one?This might sound harsh but the reason this poor service bothers me so much is because of this simple concept I mentioned at the beginning which is pre tipping. Why in the world these places do this is crazy to me. I've gotten to the point that if I see them ask for a tip as I'm ordering, I don't want to eat there anymore. Period. Not once have I ever been to a place in my entire life to date where I was asked to tip up front and I was satisfied with the service that I paid up front for on the assumption that it would be good. This kid couldn't careless and first tried to blame the cook FOR HIS JOB and then he was willing to sacrifice product with an offer I'm pretty sure his boss doesn't give him the ability to give.I'm convinced now that any place that asks you to pre tip is going to have garbage customer service. Again, not a big deal that he forgot the ranch. The big deal is that he forgot AFTER I paid him to give me service. So, from now on, as soon as I see pretip,I will turn around and walk away.
Burgers are incredible. Feels like fast food but def taste like a good diner burger.
I went there on a Sunday with my mom for the first time. The workers were very nice and helped us navigate the menu. The food came out at a decent time and it was delicious! I honestly cannot complain about the food or service at all! But, the only reason I’m giving this a four star and not a five is because upon going to the restroom, there was no toilet paper in either stalls which I didn’t notice till after I sat down. I had to use the seat covers?. Now I would understand if they were busy and just didn’t have time to check on the restrooms, but they weren’t. They were just standing around as the only ones in the restaurant was us and a family of four who were already eating. Other than that, loved it. My mother and I both agreed we would be eating here again soon!
If I could 0 stars I would. I've come here multiple times and have driven out without ever eating. This, because the cook didn't show up, they are out of this and this(your top 2 choices,) or the counter people haven't opened up past the opening time. Change your business hours if you can't get your act together. If the building is open the business should be serving like normal. We get the shortages can cause some suppliers issues, but the employees need to get their acts together. What a joke of a business.
Ordered food at 6:00 on a Thursday evening. Ordered through ChowNow which appears to be the BurgerIm platform. They took my order, sent me an email and told me my order was being prepared. Drove to the restaurant to pick up the food and the door was locked and employees were cleaning up. The manager told me they had to close early. My credit card was charged and she had no ability to refund my money. Now I have to figure out how to get refunded. Super inconvenient.

I love coming to this place!!!. The atmosphere is super chill. The food here from there burgers to the wings are FIRE!!!!!. The customer service is amazing!!!. Kaitlyn and Savannah are super great, they took care of me with great recommendations.
I went when the restaurant was empty. There were no tickets up, it was empty. I was told my order would be a 20 min wait because they just got 2 mobil orders. I asked her why they couldn't just run my ticket first since I was actually in the restaurant and was told "well they paid, and when they get here they'll complain" so I left. If a manager reads this tell your folks that having patrons sitting in your restaurant looks better than it being empty and that people are more likely to leave a bad review then a good one. Like this one. If you want to be served by folks with basic service acumen, don't go here. Try Wendy's.
Best burgers, best wings, best fries. Best service.
