Awesome time, great service
Roman was our waiter & had a great smile at all times & very helpful to us about the menu.. The Buffalo Bleu Cheese Burger was the best I'd ever tasted & the drink W. Russian was alright to.. I had never been in a place like this & I give it a 120% place to go to!! ?
Service was good. Wings were tough and tasted old. Definitely not freshly cooked, just reheated. Fries were old and dry. Restaurant is dirty. Will not go back.
Always great food even when it's packed an you have to wait a few. Always comes out hot and fresh! Even on game night you never wait more then 20min or so
I've been going here for years. Solidly consistent food and service with plenty of televisions. Nothing overly remarkable but a go-to for game days!
If 0 was an option it's what I'd select. Not sure what happened to this location but it's horrible now! First and foremost my wings came to me barely warm. Not hot at all like they were sitting around not fresh at all. When I informed the waiter he didn't really seem to care and asked me what I would like to have him do? Oh I don't know, get me some fresh ? wings! Also my potato wedges did not come with the bacon bits like I requested to him and he once again showed no care to fix the issue.When my wings finally came they weren't the full 20 I ordered because BWW had the nerve to subtract the cold wings I ate before waiting for the waiter to come back which you can even see clear as day on the count for each in the picture! I can literally picture the waiter or cook counting how many wings I ate of each flavor and subtracting them from my new fresh hot order I should have got in the first place! Where was that time and energy with my original order? Y'all really that cheap and petty?! It seriously felt like they accused me of trying to get free cold wings or something. Aside from that the wing quality is poor. Super small, too crispy, dry, no flavor, etc. My son didn't even want to eat anymore.Lastly the music being played was horrible! I'm not exaggerating when I tell you they were bumping Sponge Bob's "Best Day Ever" track! Then when I get the bill I was double charged for two 20 piece Wings and two baskets of fries! This place used to be so good and inviting. Not anymore and it's not because of COVID! This will be the last time I go.

Oh I don't know, get me some fresh! today I when in and I understand is busy I didn't mind waiting but then she see me and walks to me and tells me I'm 86 I ask what does it means she was you can never come here again I ask why? She was cause you didn't pay last time I told her what do you mean I was here on 3/4/2022 around 930pm and I have proof on my bank account that she took my money so I want to know what is going to happen unfortunately I love this location but very bad management
Ok listen. If you must come here, sit AT THE BAR, and drink only. If you get a table dont expect proper service. I sat at a booth for 30min before a server came. After you get your food you won't see your server until they ask if your ready for the bill. As you are eating, with an empty beer and kids needing a refill you will see your server with other servers talking and on their phones. And the Manager comes out and yells at them because of obvious reasons. The order was wrong but not worth the time to ask for a correction. Also pro tip just walk up to the bar and get a beer its faster. And lastly I got an order of wings to go and they were undercooked. With that said I will never eat here again. I dont even want to go back to use my reward points lmao......
Go for UFC fights , stay for Kirra, a nice person , and your beer will never be empty. Five stars for the bartender.
The customer service here is non existent.You can stand a the entrance and watch employees coming and going and no one greets you. When I was finally approached by an employee he just said only the bar is open for seating and to seat myself. Quick walk through the bar and the only open tables were trashed and dirty. Went back to the front just to be ignored some more.
