Tried Billy Q’s for the first time last week. I had heard good things from friends, and it did not disappoint! Caleb helped me out, really friendly, and great customer service. My compliments to the chef, Chris made the pizzas, and they were top notch! If you are tired of the big chains and are looking for some GOOD pizzas, Billy Q’s is the spot!
So glad we found this spot. Really great fire grilled pizzas that are very unique. Mac and Cheese pizza kids loved! Definitely a unique menu worth trying!
We are vacationing here from Wisconsin & decided to go to Billy Q's for pizza as we have always liked it there & try to go during our time here. Sign on door said closed on Sunday which we found out when we got there so decided to go back tonight. Very busy, but service was so haphazard, disorganized. & hectic. We had to get up & ask for napkins & forks. When we got our pizza it looked all disheveled like it was just thrown on the pan. First it was delivered to wrong table. We had ordered Sausage, Onions & Peppers. Also had Pepperoni on it, but accepted as is. Was easier than trying to get attention of a server. The crust was wet underneath which was disappointing. The pizza toppings were plentiful & very good sausage. It just was not the experience we had hoped for.
12 March 2022. Ordered pizza and two beers. Beers arrived. 20 minutes later (beers empty now) same guy who took order asks me if I have ordered yet. 15 minutes later, we ask same guy for 2 more beers. 10 minutes after that, TWO other workers ask if we've ordered. Mngr (maybe) came out and apologized, said 7 minutes for pizza and free round of beers. Pizza was good. Asked for check, 5 min later, it arrived and I handed credit card immediately to exedite payment. 15 minutes later, while three other togo orders are messed up (by same idiot that didn't put ours in), went to register and said that my card never came back...there it was sitting next to the register, unnoticeable due to the cluster of togo orders surrounding it. Idiots work here. Never again. Good pizza though.
We no longer live in Palm Desert and we miss Billy Q's so much!!! This place is the bomb for all their pizzas. The crust, the freshness, the emoyees, everything about this place is amazing! When are you coming to Spokane, Washington?? We need you up here!
Pizza was average — meat was generous but salty and crust was slightly soft. Did not hold up well. Our garden salads were huge with lots of different salad ingredients and quite fresh. Our order was ready when they said it would be. Could not provide utensils or plates for a takeout order
We had a party of 11 tonight, we were there for some pizza and to watch the game. The staff was so incredibly friendly and the food was delicious! Thank you guys so much!
Hands down some of the best pizza/service we’ve ever had. Caleb was really great - personable and kind. Order came out perfect and the food was incredible from the pizza to the sandwiches and fries. Really reasonably priced, we’ll be back!

Very relaxed outdoor eating area, delicious antipasto salad, a fabulous Cubano pizza(drizzle yellow mustard on top), and refreshing cocktails, what can be better than that. Our server Ryan did a great job...very prompt and courteous. Most excellent!
