She was courteous, helpful and she customized my order which was awesome I did not know they did that.

Cheese stick with no cheese! The girl did not ask if we wanted the meals or tell us about the 2 for $6. We weren't informed that if we only get 1 off that deal it will still be $6. Never again!
The lady cashier at the front counter was very fast,and good at what she does.It makes a big difference in fast food to be fast and prompt so the food does not get cold.The roast beef sandwich was DELICIOUS.It reminds me of when my grandparents would take me when I was small.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I give Arby's 5 stars.
You have to go in the restaurant to order , no drive thru. I love there food. I wish there were more in the valley.

I wanted a Beef & Cheddar meal, and they don't have cheddar. Wanted to substitute french fries for potato cakes. Don't have potato cakes. They gave me about 10 packets of ketchup, but were very stingy with the Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce...
Great food, good prices, not so much on ambiance but the food quality and friendly service more thanmakes up for the rest, I enjoyed the 2 for $6; no complaints here!
I can't not believe it. The food was cold!!!! The kitchen look durty. I was about to walk out but my boyfriend haven't tried so we stayed.They where playing the music so loud in the background that I couldn't even order, plus the music already on the restaurant. They had no milkshake available. I honestly don't think I'm going back to Arby's at least not this location. What is this?
Even though this location is ran with two people on . Y shift anyway even without a drive through seem to get it done and the two different lady's at the counter that run the location are very. very nice and make sure you have your sauces. Just to add something there was a you get he tleman working the other night that was nice enough to walk around the counter and bring my order to me while I was outside, that k you ery much my young friend.
