Terrible customer service! Attempted to place an order unsuccessfully via phone, I kept being put on hold and no one cared to take my order. Is this who represents Wingstop???
I love me some wings , they got good customer service also two top flight security guards holding it down for you ??♂️??♂️ so rest easy knowing those wings, you securing the package!
Just bad, the workers are too slow or d**** Instead of having the right time of the order. The food is 30 to 40 min delay
Price is $13 on the menu.They charge almost $15 and say the prices went up. But the price infront of you is not updated
The food is always delicious but their customers service is horrible! My family has ordered from here many times and they never have the food ready on time. You'll have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes to have your food ready. Also you'll have to double check your food because we are always missing food from our order.
No seasoning on fries, no sauce on wings, had crazy security guard in front cussing me out for not wearing a covid shame muzzle

1st of all I love their ranch! I order food from here atleast 1x a week. Never disappointed. Employees are friendly especially Stephanie. She has taken my order several times and is always very friendly and seems like a great employee. The place looks clean.
Awesome accurate wait time was less than 10mins walk in order cashier recommended a better deal for cheaper than what I had first order great customer service nothing bad to say about this establishment at all
The wings weren’t even covered in sauce.The fries had no seasoning.This was terrible I’m never coming back. I spent $50 for trash
