Avoiding this location.It's really annoying how they refuse to give you sauces with you meals, even strips that come with them. It's 27 cents each. Even if you buy multiple combos or even multiple family meals over $100, they will not include a single sauce.Every other location does. For free. As sauces go with the meals.I don't mind getting nickled and dimed if the staff is getting paid more than minimum wage but they are not. Which is why they look so miserable half time.But the bad experience begins in the parking lot. Where multiple homeless people are will follow you once you leave your car to demand money. Sometimes they follow you or sometimes they just stand at the entrance.Across the street is another fried chicken chain and there are multiple other Popeyes around this location. I recommend those over this location.
The limo was just pure sugar way too sweet. And the Mac n cheese macarons are pure fat and taste like nothing. So bad. Never again
Customer service is nasty no politeness at all or courtesy at all. Then to top it off instead of having a sign that says no utensils at all before buying my food.... No now I find myself with my Mac and cheese that I will not enjoy and my mash potatoes also. They could have told be before ordering the food or a sign. Improvise and go get some to another store smh!!!!!!!
Got the nuggets, plain and greasy but they got my order out in like 2 minutes. Mac and cheese good as always. Clean eatery.
It was meh..Homeless woman laying in parking lot.Service okay but what? No Hawaiian Punch? and chicx strips looked smaller then the ones I get at Sunland location

I went to this popeyes today between 9 to 10 in Nuys Blvd, and Pacoima and I love the great service of the cashier she was doing a good job and was working really hard to satisfy the customers, but is really sad seeing how there were some customers that were really rude to her and to the rest of the team because the restaurants didn't have some items available even though she was doing her best to explain to them in a polite way while Taking orders, they simply started being really rude. Keep your hard work girl ??
Horrible service my chicken was still pink! The girl at the register had a Horrible attitude so did the manager !
Just went to order a tender meal and they took for ever…never going back …bunch of kids working there and the Manager is Useless also….No Condiments never…
Customer service sucks they don't even offer a freaking napkins or spoon's definitely not coming back or recommend it to anybody
