Food was good a bit on the dry side but satisfied my craving for Chinese food!
The food nice but the lady work there serving today 2-13-2022 at 8:50 was very bad service
I ordered a bigger plate and extra veggie rolls and they did not give the order correct. They forgot the small entree that it is supposed to come on the bigger plate. When I ask for the right order they charge me for what they forgot. Alondra the cashier said that she did that way because it was going to be expensier when when I did not ask for that. The people that were cooking were also complaining about making more food. Honestly they lack of customer service and they lack of team work because the manager did not even help in the situation.
Avoid This place this lady name Lesley she was serving food at not mask are all I have to ask her to put the mask on it she give me n attitude very poor place to go
They have a sign up that says masks are recommended, but they force you to wear a mask
This place was lonely at this time, no customers, I walked in there were a lot of employees there talking among themselves doing nothing didn't acknowledge me coming in, no greeting at all. Andre, the server order# 247707, was very unpolite she started taking her sweet time before asking me what I wanted, then she started giving me the wrong items, she was lost and not interested in helping at all. Then the supposedly manager came out he was rude as well. Bad environment bad place to eat. Also serving of chow mean was very small.
Some of the staff here must hate customers, One particular cashier named Chris Would not acknowledge customers waiting in take out Line I mean isn't that like the easiest orders to hand out? You can't fix or teach stupid
I stopped into to pick up dinner for my family needless to say everyone else had the same idea. I counted 30 people ahead of me and thought about walking out and going some where else but after watching the staff behind the counter I knew it wouldnt take long to get my order. They were like a well oiled machine each staff member knew exactly what they should be doing. It was great to see the younger generation handling like a boss! They all stepped it into high gear and it didn't take very long at all and we were all out the door. Amazing to watch them working like a team. I know why it's my favorite location to go to .
This place was busy. But they know how to move the line quickly. Great job everyone.
Jenny should not be the first head staff who takes orders if she does not know how to work under pressure! She shouldn’t be there at all if she does not have great customer service skills.. I understand this location gets super busy, but that does not ok the rudeness of this staff and to make it worse, manager Luis was right next to her witnessing the poor service.. very unsatisfied . This happened right now so if any upper management wants to speak to their staff about bettering customer service. Not returning to this location!
