Gosh, breakfast used to be pretty dang good. Their coffee, better than Starbucks. Not anymore. They're iced coffee as it comes used to remind me of how my grandpa used to make it. Just the right amount of sweetener and cream. Now you get a thousand questions when you order an iced coffee, and when you say regular, I don't know what happened, it wasn't the old iced coffee from 5 years ago. The hash brown is always soggy, like they forgot and how to fry hash browns. I sure hope they try better. All the workers were friendly, but the management needs to step up and help them get it right.
The place is clean and what you'd expect from a McDonald's franchise, nothing special pops out but the cashier was friendly enough.
Long waits especially in the mornings. I ordered then had me wait on the side and forgot about my order. Waited for 15 min untill I went inside and got my order.
The crew tonight is definitely in some need of customer service training. After taking a cars order behind me first they decided to provide me with a meat that seems to be missing a big piece. Disgusted with the service ? too bad 0 stars is not possible.
I love the McDonalds at pacoima.. u just have to remind the customer service to gi e u napkins and contniments.. other than that, they're fast and respectful.
McDonald’s breakfast always “hits different”. Service was professional and efficient and food was very fresh. No complaints here.
Worst McDonald’s ever ! I found a hair at the bottom of my ice coffee cup and I felt so sick to my stomach. Not only that but I asked the girl for ranch she seamed upset and said she had already put some in the bag. Got home nothing no ranch. Idk why I keep going back never give me any ranch !
The only reason I give them one star is because it doesn’t allow me to give ZERO stars! I’ve worked in fast food restaurants before, and the key to making a happy customer is good customer service. And sadly, this place lacks that. The employees constantly make mistakes, and when it’s brought to their attention, they take offense and don’t even try to apologize for their mistake. I’ll never be going to this place AGAIN, I don’t see the point in spending money in a place where the employees have ugly and horrible energy.
Ordered through drive thru and they told me at the window to park in front and that someone would bring the order to me. Waited for 20 minutes and they didn’t bring the food. I then went inside to ask for it and it was not ready and when they gave it to me, fries were missing. Management didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Worst customer experience ever. Never returning back to this location.
Horrible customer service. They never get your order right . You always have to repeat yourself about 5-7 times , then they give you only half your order .
