They dont know how to manage Online ordering. Staff is rude and leave you in the dark. They give you attitude and do not want to help

Dine-in is currently closed possibly due to labor shortage and/or covid-19. But I used the McDonald's app to order and pick up. There's a pick up window available. My order was complete and I ended up eating outside on a nice warm day. Out of the 4 McDonald's locations in DTLA I find this to be the most decent location.
Experience was TERRIBLE. Went through drive-thru. Food ordered (time stamped at 9:56am. They made us park in the parking lot that's only a one way but you're forced to drive against oncoming cars leaving. Fine. Parked anyway as instructed. Waited, waited, and waited until I finally walked inside, just to wait some more. I finally got my food around 10:30am. That's nonsense and insane. Who's the genius that had remodeled the inside and thought only two registers, and a kiosk that doesn't print (a customer was telling me about his experience during our wait) was a great idea. Even people that had ordered Online had to wait about a half hour. C'mon McDs. That's so uncalled for. I don't really like eating fast food anymore but when I do and this happens? It answers my question as to why I choose to avoid places like this.
Exactly what you'd expect from a McDonald's.They mess up orders from time to time but fix it by giving you free food or a refund.
Honestly the place is cold relaxing you got free wifi but when you order in the machine you either don't get syrup or hash browns or even they forget you drinks, yea last time I ordered like 3 deluxe breakfast and coffees and a apple juice for my sister, and even a large coke but they didn't give me my hasbrowns nor my large drink and even my apple juice so I went to ask them but they did give me the items but with a bad attitude and honestly I totally forgot to ask them for the syrup and told my sister to go get them and they told her that wasn't any so they just gave her like actual honey not syrup.
Drive thru is fast and orders are on point. Great service.
Good food and clean dining area.
