The restaurant says dine in opens at 8am and it was but they weren’t taking any in restaurant orders because “the manager hadn’t arrive.” That is not my problem and the manager should be more responsible. If you advertise to open at 8am, as a customer, I expect it to be open! I didn’t just go there all the way to come back home and waist my time! I already don’t like fast food and this just makes it worst.
Went their today and they had two cars blocking the driveway with everyone sitting inside on their phones. This happens all the time and they claim to be 24 hours it’s a waste of a drive just to see 8 people in there doing nothing worst jack in the valley

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It had a bunch of lettuce and then NO CHICKEN!! ??
Terrible Drive thru service had to go back to this location 3 times to get my order somewhat corrected. Very inconvenient Especially the 2nd time being helped by the manager on duty and him confirming everything was correct once i returned home I was still given the wrong items. The third time I returned and finally got what I had originally ordered I was given cold food.
I know it’s just a fast food place but let me tell you I ordered the jumbo jack and it was actually delicious!
