We are Dutch and got our own pancakes, you can eat up to 6 if you are hungry. But then you have American doorknob pancakes oh my god!!!! So we ordered our pancakes while we were looking at other people and they were al taking home there pancakes. So we were like we can do it. but no, after the end of my last layer I was full. My husband had more confindence but no. The pancakes are yummmyyyy but a lot so we also had to take them with us. As they share pancakes.
Always packed but the foods are always made fresh
Went to the drive thru it took soo long then when I finally got the food the order was all wrong I had to get off anyway. The fries were cold. Not a good experience.
This restaurant provides excellent service and a delectable meal. This is my favorite eatery in the area

Really good manager. He was most direct person who've helped me to get my order ready. I kind of purposely gaved him a hard time (I usually don't do this). I tend to be polite to people in the workforce... but I was caught off-guard how Jack In The Box's policies/hours has changed during the pandemic. My order been marked as 'ready for pick-up' (ordered online and got a ready notification quickly). However, my order wasn't actually ready when I've arrived. So, the manager politely asked me to wait outside while his team works on my order.Postmates will sometime incorrectly mark orders ready when they're not. Thankfully, the manager's professionalism had kept my experience good. Deserves a higher raise to their pay.Honestly, most other Jack In The Boxes restaurant will take FOREVER to get orders done; and it's usually not their fault. I know it's very busy ever since the pandemic with online orders plus shortage of staff, but why even be open if it takes more than half an hour to get a burger... Doesn't make any sense for this type of business.Anyways, thankfully this particular Jack In The Box at woodmen is as expected - fast services and friendly employees. I would only now come at this location on Woodmen. Much appreciated service's?
