Be Careful with this pollo loco. When you order the combos they are up selling you by giving you a large drink with out asking! At first I only thought it was that one time but we have noticed it several times. Now when I order I make sure to mention regular size drink. Mind you they add extra $3 for the large drink on your meal. This has happened to my husband, my mom and also me. Is the new practice dishonesty with there customers.

So sad this is my local pollo loco, service here is never great. When I dine at other pollo loco locations service is much better. Makes me wonder why can’t my local pollo loco have the same service. Even the food is different same menu but different, burnt chicken, smaller portions. Some managers that work the drive thru are also rude. Just wishing for a change or just better service ?

This pollo loco was awful, they forgot to give us tortillas and the little bit of salsa they gave us was not enough for the family meal we got. I ordered a pico de gallo and they said they didn't have any because they were under staff. The staff was nice but very forgetful because of how busy they were, had to remind them twice about utensils.

This location is horrible. It's so dirty. My order is always wrong. I have finally stopped going here and travel a little bit further to a better location.

They take a really long time to take your order. The girl at the speaker not very nice and most of the time the chicken is burned. Also its more expensive at this location.

the service is good.. the food is good we ask for juice chicken and it was pretty fresh.. it takes some time to get your order but is worth it.. you will get some fresh cook chicken..

This place should literally close down and retrain not just the employees but fire and replace management clean this place up it's so obvious with all these bad reviews this place needs better management and pollo loco doesn't seem to care about it's customers cause nothing has been done to better this restaurant Get a grip Pollo loco before you lose more customers

How can you not have chicken when that's the only thing you sell? At least put up a sign so you don't waste people's time.

laltely the chicken has been really burned and awful. i struggled to est the chicken with the burned edges. they were really hard. im very disappointed and it wasnt the first time and the buerned taste stayed in my mouth.

Would give it a 5 star but it's inconvenient when the only way to purchase is drive thru only with out any signs letting us know that Dine in is closed to the public, unless I missed the memo or something. But food service is great.
