Traveling from AZ, this is one of our family go to spots when in the area. I see many reviews about the service behind the register. First of all, I'm not there for the customer service I'm there for the amazing food. So if you want that warm fuzzy feelings when ordering go somewhere else. If you want deliciousness hitting your tastebuds and satisfying your cravings then go here! The food is cooked fresh, it may take some time when they're super busy but never disappointing and the staff is always polite!I wish I had photos to go with this review but we are always focused on the delicious huaraches, chilaquiles, menudo, and what ever else we've decided to try. Never dissatisfied.
Food is not what it once was, and customer service is HORRIBLE! My wife and her family has been going to eat there for a long time. Back when it was only one side. The food was hot and delicious, customer service was awesome, but now service is horrible. Me and my wife went there twice and both times only one plate was brought out. When my wife finished her plate my plate finally came out. This last time my plate came out and her plate came out when i was done, and all she ordered were two tamales. When she went to go ask about her food the lady with the blonde hair had attitude. Sadly to say this place is turning out like all the other food places. Poor service, poor food quality. We will no longer recommend nor will we be eating there again.
I thought the food would be more delicious for the price of each dish! but I don't recommend it much! passable
The customer service here is horrible. Not only do they forget to make your order but then get upset that you hassle them for your food. Telling you your food can’t be ready in 5 minutes after making you wait about 35 minutes and asking for updates twice, for an order you placed to go while still eating in their facility. No apologies for the delay just blaming you for not making the order over the phone, which regardless should not make a difference if you paid for the food already.. and phone orders you pay when you arrive. What is the logic here. Very condescending tones. Refused and questioned why I wanted a refund even after they had forgotten my order. Very unprofessional.
Food quality has really gone down along with their really bad customer service. I got beans to go & asked for side of green salsa & they wanted to charge .87cents for tiny container that wasn’t even half filled. Then recently my friend went in ordered Torta without certain things and it was made wrong & when she complained to girl at counter she was told to just pick off what she didn’t want. The right thing should have been I’m sorry let us make you another one correctly. Will never eat there ever again or recommend this place to anyone anymore. The owner has an attitude to when you try to complain to him
Food is ok. Service not so much. Did not have ordered drink and they did not suggest or offer something else. Busy and servers running
This place was recommended by friends. They liked it cause they were drunk so they pigged out. Naturally I had to come here for lunch.The place is easy to find. The place is also big. 2 rooms for guests but only 1 was open at the time. You go to the counter to order and they give you a number and serve you.They also clean the tables after each use and bring out clean utensils, napkins and their 2 sauces. The red and green. The green isn't very spicy but it's has a great tangy taste. The red is a bit spicier with more heat taste. I prefer the green but both are good compliments to their food.I ordered the Huarache de carne asada. It was good. Lits of cotija cheese hidden under the carne asada. The dough is very thick and chewy.I also ordered a cheese quesadilla. This was the star of the show! I absolutely loved it and will go back for more of these asap! The melted cheese inside mixes so well with the crust and cotija cheese. Also with either red or green sauce, it made it more bomb!All with a drink for $20. I highly recommend this place!
Almost excellent just because of NACHOS CON SALSA VERDE WHAT THEY CALL CHILAQUILES (those are not real chilaquiles Mexican those are American nachos with green or red sauce and cheese. EVERY THING ALL IS ?
Love the menudo. Quesadillas are exelent. But keep in mind that when you order the quesadillas it's not cheese on flour tortillas. It's like an empanada de masa. Which in some regions of Mexico is called a quesadilla. The chicken quesadilla is great!! Try it you'll love it
Customer service sucks!!! They don’t care about their customers.Food is good but customer service is terrible!!!I don’t recommend his place
