Awful service specifically from elmayra elvemayra?? Her name was somewhat along those lines. She gave me so much attitude to the point where I asked for her name to leave a bad review. This is my first bad review EVER and I’m sorry to leave this but I did not like the was I was treated by Elmaya Elvemayra.
Manager at this location would not fix an order than was messed up with a promo in the app. She was rude, and completely disrespectful to me. I ordered an impossible whopper on a Tmobile Tuesday deal; the app defaulted to a whopper (even though the promo was for impossible or regular whopper) and when I went in the drive thru I asked if it was impossible and they’d said yes. I went back and took a bit and it was a regular whopper. I came back to ask them to switch it and the manager (the female was was managing this location between 1-2pm today) told me no and said it was my fault. Even though a work had told me originally it was an impossible whopper. Her customer service was zero and she was incredibly rude with me. Now I am out my lunch, and as a vegetarian of six year I am upset that I was treated that way and forced to give back a burger I couldn’t eat, without any fix being done by location. I went to this location regularly and will never go again. Someone needs to make that right.

Used the app and everything went smoothly and fast. The food was done just right.
Tried the chicken sandwich, ok..stick to there Burgers..way much flavorable.

Went today the drive through was insane so I went inside instead. Worst mistake, drive through was moving and customers inside stayed waiting. I waited 40 minutes for my food and only got my food because I started complaining and asking for refund along with another customer who had been waiting longer than me. I asked the manager (Gloria) for a refund and she ignored me and the other customer waiting for our orders. She never once apologized for the delay and kept ignoring everyone who was questioning where their food was. The other customer was more upset as she was waiting longer and the “manager” turned around and almost mimicked the customer and chuckled as she said “we are busy can’t you see my line outside” that manager is super unprofessional and needs to be talked to as that is absolutely no way a manager should handle any situation. She watched as the other employees struggled to talk to angry customers and not once did she step up to apologize.
It was so good I got a Sandwich? burger so I put BBQ on it and some fries ?it was sooo good
The drive thru lady cynthia #550 had no gloves and she is touching food. She left the register to get my fries with no gloves, then when I asked to get new fries she just switched the bag and gave me the same fries thinking I did not see her. Check the cameras. 10/16/2021 7:44 pm 40471
