I ordered and payed and when it came to me picking up my order the guy snatched and said I needed to order and pay idk if the oriental workers are racist but I had to explain that i ordered I also had to dig my recipe out of my pocket because he wasn't sure it was my order if I was the only one there bad customer service teach your employees manners at least excuse or sorry that's not yours instead of snatching out of my hands I don't mind waiting but I expect better from Starbucks
I rate this Starbucks staff, super super great! I call them my Starbucks friends because they are super friendly... and even if I drive farther from home. I still go there.

I ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew as usual like I did in other stores. Requested extra foam in the cup and on the side. Then I was told I will be charged $1 for extra foam coz it’s gonna cost them a lot to make it. Really? They always over make foam and just dump it after pouring into the cup and they want to charge a loyal customer a dollar for the extra foam they gonna dump it? Never again in this store!!! You can keep all your foams!!!

This is my local Starbies and full of nice friendly baristas. I have two drinks that I order regularly. Grande Chai with soy milk extra hot and Grande iced green tea matcha with soy and sweetner.
