Fastest ever! At the same time food is very good. Love coming here.
Super slow service and our food sat for 20 mins before they actually told us it was ready. They seemed really disorganized and felt sick after eating. I normally love panda but this one is a lil rough lol
This personal need training on customer service the service its bad experience the portions on the food loocks like the inflation hits the servings not the prices its mot worth buy here.
I came in and bought 3 plates. I was told that I had to wait 10 min for the fried rice and chow mein. Once the fried rice came out, it looked so nasty and moist, I brought it up to employee and he said they put too much water in it but continues serving other customers the same rice. Then he puts me 3 peices of orange chicken as my side, I also told him that a side holds a lot more chicken, he then goes puts tape over the box and you can see the tape in the pic. And all the other food was cold and seemed to be old and should’ve been thrown away and remade NOT SERVED TO CUSTOMERS. I come to panda at least 3-4 times a week in San Jose, and I never thought I would experience this at another location.
Panda Express is always good. The portions are pretty good and you always get a free entree with a survey receipt code. Not very many places offer that. The staff are courteous, friendly, and very respectful. The food selection is pretty good, they have a variety of chicken dishes, meat dishes, seafood dishes, and vegan dishes. You can pick and choose as you please. You can buy a la carte or you can get different items as a plate. The choice is yours.
Guy not wearing a mask, breathing all over the food and was laughing about it. He messed up an order and put it into some elses. Just gross overall.
I buy a few single bowel lunches to take with me to El Granada because everything in El Granada is $20 + .
This panda express is usually not that busy when I come through but today.. it was quite busy. The staff did well to cope but the chow mein cook must have been on break cause it was out, they kept asking.. 10 mins later he comes out and makes it.
Good customer experience , good price, decent food, what more can I say?
This is a decent chain for take out. You can find some healthy options here, and a whole lot of sugary chicken.
