We don't go there that often and usually late, like after 9pm. Unfortunately they have a tendency to forget items so always check before you leave the drive through window. Service is not very courteous but the job isn't very good so I can sort of understand but still it's part of the job. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich but it was far from deluxe. It was more like rubber. Should have got a Big Mac or chicken nuggets like my son since they were good as to be expected but they forgot the requested bbq sauce. Didn't even bother to include napkins. Perhaps you need to ask. McD flavor cravings are unique and is why we go back here. Also it's close to home. Just need to be mindful of what to expect and to check the bag.

Stopped for a quick afternoon snack; walked inside. No one at order register, eventually they took our order. Nearly 15 min wait for french fries ?. Seems staff shortage is hurting them, but NO apologies were given to any customers. We ate inside.

Food was good but I ordered a Sunday and it was seating on the tray withing for the rest of my order. Sunday was melted and the manager gave me attitude when I requested a new one. Ladies room was dirty.

Drive-thru service was very welcoming, they got us through quickly; accuracy was on point and food was very good in comparison to other McD's.

Quick service and modern-styled McDonald's that wasn't too busy at 8:00 pm at night.

Never thought I'd leave a review for a McDonald's, but wanted to say this particular one in Pacifica has the nicest and friendliest people working there. We ate there five days in a row due to convenience. Each time, we used drive thru. It was busy, but everyone smiled and greeted us kindly, which is rare these days after the pandemic.

I'm here visiting an I would never come here again The Mgr an woman who work are very rude an the whole time I was here I watched them talk,laugh,an ignore customers.Very up setting they constantly talked to each other in their language Senior people were made to wait an if you tried to talk to them they made you wait till they would finally turn around, no masks on any of them no plastic shields very upsetting.Please correct these people they need to trained in Customer Service I rate them 2.

Went through the drive through and the staff was friendly and fast. But the quality is lacking. Exactly how much do you not care anymore when you serve a Big Mac like this?

This place….??‍♀️I’m trying to rate the Linda Mar one not the Pacific Manor one. The Pacific Manor one is like Nordstrom where the Linda mar one is Goodwill. Do your machines EVER work LM?? At least the people at both places are very nice, so 5 star both of them for friendliness please.
