Lovethe staff, great sandwiches ... awesome shopping experience checking out the importted specialty items too !!
First time here….and could barely restrain myself. Bought a ton of stuff: focaccia, mild giardiniera, muffaleta mix, mortadella, salami, porcini bullion cubes, and some fantastic frankfurters. The frankfurters were the kind that “snap” when you bit into them. Simply delicious. Highly recommend! Tons of free, off street parking.
We ordered online, and then went to pick it up. Were they fast... No. We got there before our scheduled time slot, and had to wait a few minutes. Was it worth the wait... Yes! We got the Godfather and the Godmother. Both were outstanding !!
Food ok but how the owner or manager which is the lady with blonde hair treats her customers and homeless people is terrible I witnessed the lady yelling at a homeless boy with his beautiful dog saying she was going to throw water at him. That is assault. It pains me to have witness how she treated that boy. Also it's my third time going to this place and ending up getting sick I was throwing up and having diarrhea I will never be coming back to this place and I will be sending a complaint with whoever owns this place they need new staff
The sandwiches are massive and the bread is fresh. I order from here every week and every week the quality is the same. My go to is the vegetarian with pepper jack on focaccia.
Horrible service . Horrible staff people I bought a sandwich for a homeless boy and I over heard the staff and a lady who looked to be the manager blond hair talking about spitting in the food that was given to a boy and his dog seemed to be homeless. Before leaving this restaurant I witnessed the Same lady with blonde hair treated the boy and his dog that If he didn't leave she was going to throw water at him keep in mind that's assault never coming back here again
Fantastic local deli, little on the pricey side but the sandwiches are good enough to have two meals.
Great sandwiches! Nice selection of meats and condiments to add. Great selection of pastas, dry and fresh made, cheese and sauces to take home for dinner. Flatbread was fresh and flavorful. Staff was so helpful. Unexpectedly took care of lunch and dinner in one trip, and both were delicious!
Getting worse everytime I come here. So sad to see one of the olddies go down the tubes (: They need major help with Bread making. My sugestion is to purchase your Bread from a Bakery that knows how to bake good bread. I know you bake your own bread, unfortunately it is not very consistent. A sweet French roll should be semi soft. Most of the time they are hard and almost too hard to handle.
Horrible ordered 30 min ahead order still wasnt ready girl told me they were wrapping them up wen i asked for a refund it was complete BS and i was still stupidly waiting there thinking it was true. And wen i asked again they said it was a miscommunication and they were still just making my sandwiches this is literally 1 hour later for 3 sandwiches . Horrible service.
