The cashier Jesse was very friendly and nice, went in ordered my food and it was out quick. I had a problem with my fries but the manager on shift, Aurora, was understanding and made me some fresh new fries which were bomb!

The wings are really tasty and they have some great flavors. The hours are really convenient, they stay open late. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes you get nice ones, some other times they're grumpy and a little rude.

horrible horrible service you order online to wait the time they tell u and just go in their and get your food i ordered online it said 16 min for your food to be ready i gave them 35 min and i went in their and tryed to give them my name and they told me i had to wait in line in the back of where everybody was ordering and they even had a big sign that says order pick up and nope they send me to the back of the line even though my order was paid for already i still had to wait in line for a online order first time this has ever happened to me at any restaurant picking up a online order i will never again come to this location when u place a online order u go and just get it but not with this place

Ordered 30 PC crew size meal via phone. Got to the store to pay and pickup. Asked the cashier to repeat my order. Asked him twice about the dipping sauce 2 ranch and 1 cajun sauce that came with the meal. He said yes and he said he was going to grab my food. I got the food and drove home. Ready to eat I found there was cajun sauce but no ranch. Called the store told them I was going to bring the whole meal back so they can cook me new order and make sure this time my order was correct. The supervisor on duty told me that she cant do that but she could give me store credit for ranch. She told me the cashier was new and may have made a mistake. Here I am paying $40+ for a meal which was missing ranch, offered to drive back wasting my time and fuel so I could enjoy my meal and was told no they cant replace the order. 1. I am not a dog that is going to eat cold food. Secondly not my problem if your employees cant get everything right. I am a customer paying 3hrs of my wage for a meal that you cant get right.

Cold wings nasty ? not even well done

Really good wings but the fries dont always come out good. Last time i got some really bad fries, they were burned and black.One time i got there 20 minutes before closing and they were already closed.Whats the point of closing at 12 am if there going to close 20 minutes before.Someone was coming out and closed the door on my face and ignored me. A simple were closed would of been been fine.They really need to work on customer service and employee commitment to close at 12 am.
