Just when you think you can't find Good Customer Service at major chain supermarkets, Walter, Bakery Team Leader at Whole Foods Market in Oxnard, came thru. I explained to him over the phone that I had visited his store the night before and walked away very disappointed with the lack of service and enthusiasm from one of his co-workers by not trying to help me placing a catering order. Walter quickly sprung up and guided me thru over the phone and walked me step-by-step how to place Online Order. Always keeping a very polite and friendly attitude. Because of Walter, I will keep shopping wherever I can at this Whole Foods. 5-Star Service for this young man for sure..
The service sequence was brilliantly performed! The coffee and foods were delicious. I greatly loved everything in this shop like the waiters/waitresses, place, and foods. Staff is always timely even when they have a full house. Food and atmosphere reminds me of Atlanta.
Visited on a Wednesday I think. I've had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. The bill was reasonable I would say. They have a lot of great reviews for a reason.

I have often picked up great food choices at Whole Foods food bar and found it very tasty. I have bought both cold and hot foods.
