Never ordering from this place again. They somehow managed to mess up 3x in one day for me. First order was missing an item, went to pick it up, they gave me the wrong item. My niece placed an order while I was picking up the missed item, and they got her order wrong on top of it. Don't waste your time and money. Go to the Rose, or Channel islands location.
Very fast, but still delicious! Gotta make sure you turn on Riverpark or it will take you forever to turn around.
Worst service I have ever experienced. 30 min and I still have not received my food. Do not eat here.
Awful. Food arrived cold after waiting over 20 minutes. People waited so long to order in a line 2 groups deep they left. An online order waited longer than we did. One restroom was closed, the ither had no paper towels, so it makes you wonder how clean everything is.
Very poor service. Anytime I order here they get something wrong. Barely anyone who works the register seems to know how to actually work the register, so asking for things off your sandwich and stuff is always frustrating. Also, they refuse to open their front of house during breakfast hours, so ordering the admittedly great Wendy's breakfast options is almost impossible.
Only go there for their chili beans and small frosty. Fries are great.
I did a mobile order and it was completed a give me a mobile order name and it had the right address and I showed it to the workers and they said that they don't see any mobile order and I told them is very bad business that it didn't show up. That's why I'm giving a 1-star for bad computer problem. I left with no food so I went across the street to McDonald's
I had to ask for all my food , like they forgot they made the food and poured the drink for me.. also why ask about sauce when it won't be included ? Not mad. Just didn't like my cold nuggets. Yuck
Tonight, after a very, very long day on the road, I'm nearly home and I pull into the drive thru line at 9:45pm. I sit 2nd from the speaker about 5-6 minutes. Other cars pull in behind me. The driver at the mic is tapping his fingers impatiently. Finally, someone takes his order. He moves forward, I pull up. Five more minutes go by, but it's still five til. The speaker crackles lazily to life: "Yeah.... we're closed."
Worst costumer service, I stopped by to get some food and his lady named PRISILA or whatever her name is,, she gave me really bad attitude I asked to speak to manager and she said she was the manager I can't belive they would put her as a manager because she doesn't act like oneALSO SHE TREATS HER COWORKERS REALLY BAD I'VE SEEN THIS BAD BEHAVIOR OF HERS AND I DON'T LIKE IT, SO I'M DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE!
