I cannot stress how unpleasant it was when ordering our food. Had I been alone I would have left , there customer service is TERRIBLE! They need to acquire more people skills. They make mistakes and when we point em out they got offended and were very bothered. Food wise It was quite normal nothing out of the ordinary. First time here but that was my welcome in moment and it was not great.

Placed order at this location by mistake, called to cancel order and get a refund but they will not answer their phone after 15 attempts and there is no other way to get a refund from this location.

Very well organised and accessible place. They provide generous portions and for fair rates. I loved the meals a lot and the waiters were very welcoming and informative. Highly recommended.
I ordered a sweet and spicy chicken bowl all veggies got charged extra which is fine when I asked for a side of sauce was told it's 39 cents ok then got home and saw a bowl that cost me 10.56 that equaled the mini bowl plus the veggies this location serves are not the waba type with ruffle cut carrots this location is buying cheap ingredients wish I could post a picture horrible the ventura location is much better only reason I went to this location was that the ventura location closes at 8
The food is great! BUT I ordered thru their app and requested curbside ( because I'm handicapped and it was offered) they never bothered to even attempt delivery. So I had to hobble into get my order showed them my receipt and they acted like I never ordered food. After 5 minutes she found it and it was wrong and not all there.
