The service here was amazing our cashier Tucker was really nice and helped answer our questions. The service was quick and efficient our food was brought to us in less then 5 minutes. The Baja bowl was delicious.

I've had a about 60-70% fail rate in one way or another (and used to I eat from this location often)Any other location of Urbane will be a better experience than this one has been in my times since 2019-2022The Ventura Location I've never had issues with despite about the same number of times I've eaten there
I've never thought about trying this place, didn't appeal to me. OH MY GOD how I wish I had tried it earlier. Their sandwiches are AMAZING! And they are not expensive at all. It's a good lunch. I've had them two days in a row now. They are great!

What is there not to love about this place, fresh food, fresh bread, and delicious lemonades. My favorite is the chicken cilantro salad ...... so Delishhh!!!
I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered thru Door dash many times and this order is the 4th time Urbane cafe messed up our order! I like their food usually (when they get our order correctly) It's almost impossible to call the store and talk to a live person. The store offered to give me my next order free but since there won't be a next Iorder,we we opted to pick up the order. I'm upset because we already paid a Door dash fee yet still have the inconvenience of having to pickup our order. Oh and the cookies were ordered were over cooked/hard. I'm taking my business elsewhere!!
Yum! Their salads are so delicious. I do feel that they have cut back on the amount of protein on top though. I still love the Ahi Salad.
