Customer service is unfortunately quite slow and appears inefficient. They need a new staffing algorithm or something. Nice to have a decent alternative to Starbucks though.
I had a horrible experience. I waited in line to be helped and when finally someone came to take my order. There were other customers behind me. The cashier took everyone's orders 1st, then once completed, then started making the drinks without washing her hands. The thing that upset me was that I ordered before everyone and waited until all 6 customers behind received their drinks and left, and then my drink came out last. Can someone explain that to me? The place was packed nowhere to sit down. Some tables that were occupied had no drinks. The refrigerator area in the front was messy, and trash cans over filled.
The coffee tastes great, I got a cafe vanilla and was made quickly, nice staff.
I got wrong size on coffee and call manger and argue with me that when put order in I wrote medium I no mark large he refused listen, I ask he give me free coffee he did he very rude.
One of the employees was rude, the rest where excellent, if this person did not worked there I would give it a 5 stars, but sometimes one person in the team brings everyone down.
Good wifi, space to sit and work with outlets, good coffee!

Such a fun spot! I LOVE that there's a parking lot and it's right by the laundry place I go to down Beverly! I got the Brad Pit like everyone suggested and it was really good! You have to pay a little extra if you pay by card but no biggie. The barista was really nice and the patio is super cute!Minus one star because the coffee gave me the runs about an hour after
Had this at a high rating. Lowered it today. Today was ignored by staff, made to wait to place an order for more important things. Such as chatting with each other. Putting things in cabinets, etc. No thank yous, or positive interaction. Filled my order like a machine would.
When there's a line but there was very efficient professional service very cute service thanks bye
