Always order online for pickup to avoid the wait. Line is always crazy in the drive thru and sometimes even inside. Definitely love going here for coffee.
Every time we come to this location at night there’s a hand written sign that they’re out of pretty much everything, but somehow it’s all available when the sun comes up and the shift changes. I have a hard time believing Starbucks/management is keeping this place staffed overnight if they’re truly unable to serve food/beverages to their customers. It doesn’t make sense. (Side complaint, why does every frappe from this store taste really bad? We never have this issue at the Plaza location, 5th and B st in Oxnard.)
Went in here for lunch because I wanted a nice cold refreshment and no one No One was nice enough to stop what they were doing and take my order the drive way girls were busy but the other were just taking.
This Starbucks “was” our ”go to”Starbucks. But on Saturday while I waited in line deciding my wife walked around three or four minutes. when I was ready toorder I stepped up but the employee was busy. I wait a few more minutes, literally a few more minutes and then someone to my left about 6 feet away stepped in front of me and then she started talking to this gentleman, ignoring me.. .don’t know what it was about but it took six more minutes or so then another employee came to help, all the time ignoring me. the first employees didn’t say “sir there’s another gentleman in front of you” she just kept talking to this gentleman about something, and ignoring me. So I got I frustrated, but not rude, turned my wife who was looking at some coffee cups for sale and I said let’s go someplace else, and we started to walk out. the employee in question said “have a nice evening sir, enjoy your evening” in a very sarcastic away. I just looked at her and indicated without saying anything that we weren’t being served. Rude woman cashier. We will avoid this Starbucks as a rule from now on. Rude employee.
Somehow my mobile orders go missing while I’m standing there. Often end up being one of the last ones standing during a morning rush and have to ask about my drink. The staff are excellent but they seem to have problems dealing with the crush of people from the hospital making massive orders.
I had ordered online Starbucks coffee and went to channel Islands where I ordered it and they were closed so I proceeded to the one off of rose and Gonzalez and I told them my situation and they happily gave me my coffee even though I didn't order it there. I was very happy that I had gotten my coffee at this place when I ordered it in another.
Starbucks was awesome I will come back and tell others have a happy happy New Year.
Well,o ordered my drink and sandwich. I got the drink in a reasonable time. Even though they were extremely busy. But really... how long should it take to get a sandwich you take out of plastic wrap and heat up. Nit 30 mins. Just saying. Totally bummed.?
